We went to Bar Twenty Three on our first night in Osaka and we liked it so much that we ended up going back almost every night of our stay! We sat at the bar and engaged in conversation with the very friendly owner, who is also very knowledgeable about whisky. The cocktail menu is extensive, all cocktails I have tried were very good and reasonably priced. The place had a great vibe and the music selection was very good too. The saddest part about leaving Osaka was no longer being able to go to Bar Twenty Three!

Decent cocktails with reasonable price. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly bartender. Highly recommended to visit here when you want to chill!

Found this bar on our third night and went back there for a second time the evening after, after visiting a few other cocktail bars which were a disappointment. Service is very friendly, cocktails are very very good for a reasonable price. Nice music playing as well. Don’t look any further, truly recommend!

Great bar with great service. Yosuke the bar owner is awesome! He is very friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bar to chill and have a delicious beverage. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely superb bar - a must visit if you are in Osaka. Great bar food like karage chicken, pasta and fries. The owner is really knowledgeable about local alcahol and is so friendly. It was so nice to sit at the bar and feel so welcome. What a great night and the prices are so reasonable.

Excellent bar near triangle park with good vibes. It’s on the ground floor and offered lots of mixed drinks and appetizers. They were English friendly and the food and drinks were great!

An awesome little alley bar with a great vibe, chilled music, awesome cocktail selection which was really good. The owner was super friendly,it has inside and outside seats, the outside seats on the street were such a vibe.
