Got a really bad experience. Certain staff were very friendly while others were outright rude As foreigners, please remember to ask for tax fund rebate because the cashier will not automatically initiate. This is very important because you will easily spend over 5400 yen which is the magical number. Things are pretty expensive, expected from a merchandise stall. I am not too sure but I think I can these products cheaper from online retails. Last pointer, the shop is at level 13 and certain lifts only go to some floors so please take note. Have fun catching them all!

Best shop for Pokémon lovers. Many toys, clothes ,socks, stationaries and cards… There is a Pokémon cafe next to it, It’s a bit pricey but it was a good experience.

A huge range of Pokémon good - games, toys, cards, clothes, jewelry, crockery, snacks and books. There are game machines kids can play on that dispense Pokémon cards, and shows (when I went there was a pikachu-Giovanni show going on). Staff are friendly and helpful and Pokémon fans. If you love Pokémon it's impossible to be sad here. A tip - even if you took the express elevator up to get to the 13th floor the elevator down will be packed, so either take the escalator down, or get on an emptying elevator headed up before it fills at the top and goes down.

Super packed and long lines. Be sure to get a ticket for a designated time slot and get in line before that time so you can get in without any issues. Lord of cool merch. That’s it. They run out of stuff pretty fast so maybe better to come during the day. They do not replenish supplies in some cases so beware if you see something you like, grab it until you decide if you will take it or not. Cash or card accepted. Handicap friendly. Some Tax exemptions for foreigners with a passport. Located on the 13th floor.

There’s a Pokemon cafe there. It's pretty cute but you need to do a reservation or something, IDK where tho. If you haven't like me, I just stayed in line to take the place for the ones who canceled and I waited for only 20min to get a table. Anyway, the plates are pricey but it's worth it, it’s a cute experience.

This is a great place for Pokemon fans! They have lots of merchandise and souvenirs available. The floor space is about one width, and there's a cafe area that requires reservations. The products are very cute, but be careful as you might end up spending more money than you intended without realizing it.

Located on the 13th Floor along with many other toy stores such as Nintendo, Doraemon, and One Piece... if you are a fan of any of those, you won't be able to leave this floor easily. The pokemon Center seems to be always busy with their checkout counter for the payment, so if you have a tight timeline, then better shop quickly and get to line up

This centre has a lot of plush toys and merchandise for Pokemon Fans. It has one or two large pokemon figures as well. However I was expecting there to be more educational or informative displays about pokemon at this Centre. I believe this is more of a retail store rather than a centre and the name should be rephrased. However if you are in the Osama station and want to swing by to check it out, I would recommend that!

Good area for those who like Pokemon franchise. Lacking in selling cards but had plushies, games, card supplies, and other decorations for all fans to enjoy!

The Pokemon Center, which is located not far from Osaka Station, is very spacious and very busy with visitors. You can see the cashier queue, but they work quickly and efficiently. This shop is very complete and is definitely liked by many people, considering that Pokemon is a favorite of many people, of all ages, men and women. Various Pokemon dolls, clothes, socks, stationery, drinking bottles, toys, cooking utensils, baking utensils and many other knick-knacks

If you love Pokémon, you’ll love this store. It’s on the 13th floor of the Osaka station along side a Uniqlo store. The Pokémon Center has: an arcade, a card playing area, and a huge store. The whole area is fantastic and there’s places to eat below. However, there aren’t much or any specific Pokémon items besides the usual flat pikachu with the city’s landmarks on it, in this case, Osaka’s landmarks.

Honestly quite underwhelming. Was expecting more interesting merchandise but it’s mostly plush toys and kid toys which are not very suitable for the “older” fans (born in 80-90s). It’s still cool to see all these Pokémon stuff but I might give it a skip if you’re expecting it to be built with reference from the game, you’ll be disappointed. Or expect it to be some sort of museum where there are showpieces, nope. It’s actually just a toy store.

A Pokemon lover’s delight! There are so many people here all the time but worth going if you (or your child) loves these little pocket monsters! They have dolls (not all characters but the first 251), cards, stationary, socks, kitchen items, video games, arcade game, live Pokémon card battles and more. It seems each Pokemon centre has some things exclusive to their store/country. (The backpack pictured here is from Singapore) The mall itself has other shops and I loved Tokyu Hands so it’s a one stop shop for the whole family.

Unlike the Nintendo store right next to them (pretending to sell luxury items with timeslotted tickets) this store is open normally, has smiling and helpful crew and all the pokemons you can desire. 10/10 would come back here!

I love all the Pokémon stores here in japan. This store has basically every single pokemon thing you can think about ranging from clothing, games, toys and much more, they even have a spot to play Pokémon arcade games which I love because I grew up in Hong Kong always going to the Pokémon tretta machine to play. Overall if u are visiting Japan to live in Japan I would HIGHLY recommend visiting here.

It was so cool!! I was very excited to finally see a Pokémon center though I was a bit disappointed in the lack of accommodations for non-Japanese speaking people, but I understood. It was insanely busy, I’m not sure if an event was going on or what, but very overwhelming.

We stumbled here by accident. Cool shop. Lots of merchandise to gift as souvenirs. It is expensive. Pokemon dream world for fans. There is a pokemon cafe on the same floor.

Visited in October 2023. Located on the 13th floor, this Pokémon center gets very busy. Expect to have to wait in a line to queue for a ticket to return later. This location (compared to Tokyo), seems to be more plushie heavy, and not so focused on Scarlet & Violet (yes, that’s the Scarlet mascot in the pictures). The crowds are similar to the Nintendo store on the same floor, which is minimal room to move around. That being said, it’s still worth a trip if you time it right.

The merchandise available are the current gen and most popular Pokemon of the franchise, unfortunately there's no Slowpoke plush available when I went there, considering Slowpoke is also a bit popular in the series. Lots of fans are also visiting the store expect a very long line and the store can get busy/crowded.

Day 11 of our 14 day trip we ventured into the heart of #Osaka🚆🗾 ✨ Quick ride, one stop to kyoto station from our hotel in #otsu using our JRpass then we caught the Tokaido-sanyo shinkansen towards #Himeji --> Umeda Station is the closest to JR Osaka Station & probably the most convenient station. Roughly 40 min🎫 Shopping enthusiasts visiting japan, Osaka is a must! We first got lost in the #whiteys underground shopping city then cruised on over to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street* 🚶 There you will find Such stores as the Pokémon Center DX & Pokémon Café 📍 located on the 13th floor of the #Daimaru department store, right near the Umeda Station All sorts of fun Poké merch, Awesome interactive games on the screens, not to mention if you utilize the PokeGo app you'll catch/get some rare or unique Pokémon/items in the vicinity 👏🏼 The Café was packed, Time slots/reservations are best to book in advance. The coolest part is when you get to the end of walking the extremely long shopping street you have the infamous #Dotonbori waiting to welcome you! 🦀 🍻 🎉

It's always a fun experience to be at a Pokemon Centre. This outlet seems to be larger than the Shinsaibashi one. Also, they have a lot more plushies. The cashier queue is perpetually long, and it was pretty crowded even on a weekday afternoon.

So much fun to see it yesterday. There are pins for the Osaka store specifically. Although it was crowded we still were able to see everything. Many products are specific to japan and this store. There are plushies made from different companies that are more fluffy or more soft and they were so cute. We were also able to buy ten packs of Pokémon cards.

This is where you can purchase official pokemon merch. This shop primarily has plushies, so if you're looking for those, this is the place to visit. We were quite amazed by the amount of different pokemon plushies there were from all generations. Even niche ones too! The only downside is how busy this particular store is. We have been to other stores with a similar selection of products with way less traffic.

I’m not a Pokemon fan so I can’t say much about the merchandise. But I guess it must be good as a lot of customers were lining up at the cashier to pay for their purchases. It was crowded but not packed with people as it was a weekday afternoon. Overall a pleasant visit.

A great place to hang out and play their latest pokemon mezastar machine. Well stocked with merchandise but short of the latest pokemon booster boxes.

A huge Pokémon Center in umeda. Located at level 13! Highly recommended to take the special lift that goes directly to 14th floor, else the lift will almost stop at every floor for the normal one. The Pokémon Center is huge, with lots of staffs around this is not the DX store which has a Pokémon cafe. Each store have their own exclusive products. Tons of plushes, keychains, files, homeware etc. Staff are generally nice but can’t speak good English. So beware.
