初めての妊娠で、色んな方々や知合いからこちらの病院はいいと聞いていたので行って初診で嫌なことや不信になることでいっぱいでした。
あんまりなのですべて書かせて頂きます。
まず問診があったのですがコロナで換気しなければいけないのかプライベートな話を掘り下げられて聞かれるにもかかわらず扉は締めないでといわれ全開のまま問診が始まりました。(隣の部屋や他は締まっているのに)
その問診の際、女医がいいと伝え当たったのが竹村真紀という方でした。
診察はじまってから一切こっちを見ません。目も合わず、一体誰と話しているのか。
「診察台でみるので行ってください」といわれましたが初診なのでどこになにがあるかもわからないのに説明もなしに行ってくださいだけ。初めてなんですから部屋の説明するのが筋でしょう。隣にいた看護師も何も言わない。
診察台座って何の説明もなく器具を突っ込まれ、途中痛みがあったので「痛い!」と声を出して言いましたが無視される。謝罪なし。
診察室戻れと言われ、戻って症状の話がありましたがちゃんとした説明もなく不安を煽るようなことだけいわれ、まだその症状が確定したわけでもないのに「他の病院でみてもらいますか?」といわれました。
質問をしても「それはこのカウンセリング受けてください」しか言われず、どういったものがある等の説明もできないのか。詳細はカウンセリングで聞くとしてもこの病院ではこういうのがありますということさえもしない。もはや職務放棄ではと思いました。加えてすぐに他の病院の診断を勧めてきたのでご自身で症状の判断ができないのかと思いました。
その後経過観察で次の予約をとりましたが、問診で女医がいいと伝えたのに男性しかいない日の予約でとられていました。
気づいて電話で女医がいいことを伝え、問診でも伝えましたがといったところ看護師からは「予約の際その都度女医がいいとお伝えください。カルテを見れない人もいるので」といわれカルテを見れない看護師がいるのかと絶句しました。カルテ見れない看護師なんているのか・・・・(どういう意図かわかりませんが素直に受け取るとそうなります)
そもそも院内で情報共有するということがこの病院にはないようです。
2度目の検診前に、事前に電話で前回あった嫌な思いを病院側に伝え竹村真紀ではやはり嫌だと思ったので先生を変えてくださいと変更して頂きました。(この時担当してくださった看護師さんからはカルテに書いておきますと言われました)
当日になり、診察前に看護師にいわれたのが「竹村先生でいいですか?」でした。
私は電話でお伝えしたことも先生を変えることも説明済みだったので「事前に先生の変更をお伝えして別の方になっています」とお伝えしたところ「おそらく込み入った話になるから非常勤の先生ではなく常勤の先生にしてほしい」といわれました。
病院側の都合や常勤か非常勤かなんて都合は私にはわかりません。私の思いや意思は無視ですか。あまりにも情報共有のできてなさに本当にびっくりです。
結局は常勤の先生(男性)に診察して頂きました。
周りからいい病院だと聞かされていたので期待値が高かったのもあるかもしれません。
先生もすべての人がいい人とも限りません、ですが同じ女性とは思えない程竹村真紀という方は思いやりのない先生だと感じました。
デリケートな部分に器具を入れている自覚はあるのでしょうか。もしそれで傷ができていてバイ菌でも入ったら責任を取って頂けるのでしょうか。他のクチコミにもありましたが全体的に業務的でマニュアルに沿ってしか動けないのだろうなと思います。
大変残念でした。2度と顔を見たくないです^^
その後見て頂いた別の男性の方は私の話をちゃんと聞いて、資料等を用意してくださり説明もしっかりしてくださるいい先生でした。
