Trash hotel, Only can check in between 9-6. How am I suppose to check in when my flight arrive at 8pm? I have to sleep on the public couch. Ridiculously Trash

Great hotel. It is well kept, clean, modern, with spacious rooms. Service is great and staff is super friendly. You can tell the owner takes pride in their business. Although it is in a poorer area, it is close to the Osaka morning market and subway. The lobby is nice, with a bar, and sitting areas. There is both an inside dining area, and some café tables in a small private courtyard. They also have convenient laundry facilities.

We stayed here for a week during our trip to visit Osaka. The room is large enough for a family of 4 and luggages. Bathroom is clean. Staffs were friendly and wonderful. We arrived late after the business hours and they sent us the passcode to our room. The hotel is near the train station to Kansai airport and Donbodori, very convenient. If you are sensitive to noise then you will be woke up by the train going by every 10 minutes or so. Other than the train noise, everything is good.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, new and quiet rooms, the bed feels like a cloud. Big screen TV, air-con, a nice fridge and Wi-Fi in the room. The bathroom is spacious and convenient. There's a good laundry at the ground floor. The public spaces are decorated with beautiful art.

Having been the first place I stayed in Japan, the rooms were great!

Location felt a bit unsafe, but really close to a couple train stations. Spacious rooms for four people. Really nice for traveling with friends and family. We stayed one night. There were some games to rent out and play as well.

Just booking the 4 people room in here. Overall will recommend others to come here. Pros: - The place near station and quite strategic one where near good place - the place is quite spacious and comfortable because some of the hotel in japan is so small and some of them the bed is quite stiff - there are a lounge below so you can buy food and eat in below Cons: - because its near station the soundproof is quite bad so you can hear the station sound. But it was not much it didn’t bother me.

Honestly it was an amazing experience at this hotel! All of the staff here are absolutely amazing and this hotel is well kept! While the location isn’t the nicest it’s super helpful that many train stations are super close in walking distance so your able to go anywhere you would like easily. Staying here was still super worth it because the people are genuine people that work super hard and will do everything with a smile and will help you with any questions you would like. I would like to give a shoutout to a few workers named Rikako and Eri because I got to speak with them the most and they helped with all of the troubles we had with the weather in Okinawa and having to stay longer. They never made it seem like it was a problem and would always help figure it out how they could help us the best way possible. Words can’t explain my gratitude for these workers here day in and out for all of the hard work they put into this hotel! Thank you all!!! 😊😊😊 P.S For those coffee lover they have a deal for when you wake up in the morning to get an amazing cup of coffee and a bread of your choice for only 300 yen. Highly recommend trying it!

It was my first time staying in Japan and had a great time at the hotel. The hotel was clean and stylish. Our room had great AC and a modern bathroom. An overall good experience.

The room was reasonably price and accommodated a family of 4 in one room rather than two room likes most hotels in Japan. Our room was spacious, clean& Quite. The hotel staff was very friendly, and helped us whenever we had asked. The location is center to many main attractions and a sort walk to the train station. My only complaint was the local neighborhood was really dirty and had many homeless people sleeping outside. We had no issue with safety though, as we walked to Dotonbori and back every night from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when in Osaka.

Services are nice. Hotel views are not bad. The size, smell,cleaning and layout are great for customers. But foreign customers are not to easy to connet when they are need!

It has been a nice stay here , during my Quarantine period. The room is clean and large with high ceiling and cushy beds that are pure white that is so comfy . Staffs are accommodating so, I do recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thankyou so much.
