今一番好きなお寿司屋さん。
とりあえずどのネタを選んでも外れがなく美味しいのが凄いです。
また、一品料理もだし巻き玉子や海鮮かき揚げを筆頭にどれを食べても美味しいです。
個人的にネタでお勧めは、炙りサーモン１９５円と煮穴子一本づけ
４１１円。
この２つは本当大好きですね。
昔と違ってタブレットのような端末で注文できるようになったのもとても便利です。
マイナス点は、寿司の大きさが気のせいかもしれませんが、昔に比べちょっと小ぶりなってきている気がするのと、人気店過ぎて待ち時間がかなりある点ですね。
大きさの方はお寿司自体が本当に美味しいので、まあそこまで気にはしていないのですが、、、
待ち時間の方はWeb予約の場合、昔は呼ばれてから３０分の余裕時間があったのが、今は１５分過ぎてしまうとキャンセル扱いになってしまったのがとても残念です。(２０１９年８月１２日現在)
残り何組と表示されていても時と場合によって全く回転速度が違うので、猶予が１５分だとタイミングを見計らって家を出ても間に合わなかったケースがあったり、逆に全然進んでいなくて大分店で待ったりととても不便になってしまいました。
と不満も挙げましたが、お寿司自体が同価格帯のこの近辺の他のお寿司屋さんより大分美味しいので、個人的にはとてもお勧めできるお店だと思います。
【2020年9月追記】
何ヶ月かぶりに来てみると、ネタの味がすごく落ちていました。
家に帰って一緒に来た家族に聞いてみたら、全く同じ感想だったので、自分の味覚がおかしいのではなかったと思います。
大のお気に入りのお店でちょくちょく通ってただけにかなりショックでした。
たまたま今日はいいネタを仕入れられなかったのだと勝手に解釈して星は５のままにしておきますが、次回来ても同じ味なら星を3にすると思います。
正直今日の味なら100円の全国チェーンのお店に行った方が満足度が高いなというレベルでした。
【2020年12月追記】
前回が残念な結果だったので、次こそは昔の味をと思い来店してみました。
前回よりは美味しかったですが、以前の味までは戻っていない印象でした。
だし巻き玉子も昔と焼く人が変わってしまったのか、口当たりが変わってしまっている印象です。
そのため☆を５から４に変更しました。
