Located
in
Murbad,
beautiful
village,
and
beautiful
weather
during
monsoon.
We
paid
around
1800
per
head.
Pros:
good
and
huge
place,
food
is
good/tasty/good
quantity,
nice
pool,
many
indoor
games
like
TT,
Ludo,
Chess,
Carrom.
Foosball
was
broken,
they
provide
cricket
bat/ball
and
football,
theres
a
dam/waterfall
nearby,
can
also
go
to
Ajoba
trek
from
there.
Cons:
1800
was
bit
costly,
i
think
1500
would
be
good,
lot
of
bugs
during
rain,
we
saw
a
snake
near
the
ground,
lot
of
bushes
around,
cant
enjoy
the
ground
to
play
badminton
or
football,
only
accessible
via
personal
car,
far
from
market,
so
ensure
you
get
everything
you
need
before
going
there,
geyser
didnt
work
properly,
no
toiletries/towels
provided,
no
vodafone/airtel
network.
Edit:
Went
again
over
here
with
my
office
friend,
we
were
11
of
us.
We
were
looking
for
an
entire
bungalow
with
a
pool
all
to
ourselves
and
this
was
the
perfect
palce.
We
paid
1600
per
head
inclusive
of
lunch,
tea
with
bhajiyas,
dinner
and
next
days
breakfast.
We
also
took
bbq
which
costed
us
1000
for
3
kg
of
chicken.
Walter
was
very
helpful
in
catering
to
our
requests,
we
asked
for
biryani
at
the
last
moment
and
he
made
it
happen.
Also
we
couldnt
grill
all
the
chicken
so
he
helped
to
fry
the
remaining
chicken.
For
lunch
he
served
us
some
maharastrian
style
chicken
sukka
with
rice
bhakri
which
was
awesome.
Also
now
theres
an
open
groud
where
we
played
cricket,
badminton
and
volley
ball.
Theres
a
small
park
but
its
rusted
so
not
suitable
for
kids.
Walter
gave
us
a
tour
of
his
fruits/vegetable
garden,
where
he
gave
us
details
about
farming,
very
interesting.
Felt
the
pool
water
was
not
squeaky
clean
but
still
we
had
a
great
time.
Also
it
would
be
great
if
he
could
arrange
for
wifi,
everyone
needs
internet
nowadays.
There
are
tons
of
beds
which
can
easily
accomodate
20
ppl.
Great
place
for
a
gathering.
Would
definitely
recommend
to
all
my
friends.
