Very nice place to hang out with family.... Very enjoyable nd memorable trip ever had... Villa is excellent with superb view all over...no words... Clean rooms, toilet, swimming pool all well maintained... Lunch,tea, dinner, breakfast all were excellent very tasty no doubt... Our care taker mr.alok is very nice nd down to earth person.. very friendly with kids also... I will rate them 10/10.. best thing is the dj room which can accumulate 20 people together .... Had lots of Fun .. cook is also very down 'to Earth.. kids also enjoyed alot...thank u once again raj heritage nd mr.alok for making our trip the memorable trip...highly recommended plz visit 🙏

Hell lot of flies u won't be able to eat ur food also. Before u taste flies will come and taste ur food. Very bad place for monsoon season I won't recommend it. And cherry on the cake is their caretaker Mr. Aloke if u wanna test ur patients u can surely talk to him. Never seen such a dumb person in my life till date. U ask him for anything he will say we don't have. Overall my experience was worst...

Superb property with amazing view & beautiful sunset. Staff is very polite n courteous. Best part is the swimming pool. Food is not only delicious but also good quality and quantity. Enjoyed a lot. Had wonderful time. 😃😃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Best experience we had a blast here nice property staff was good. Staff was cooperative. Taken care of hygiene.

Bungalow is nicely designed and well maintained. It's spacious. 35 people can easily accommodate. Pool can easily accommodate 15 people. Fans were not moving fast in few rooms (in one room it was under maintenance). AC performed very well. Out of 8 rooms, one room was not given to us, saying they have stored their grocery. When it comes to meals, they bluff us very nicely. They don't have set menu. Initially they will say yes for all and at the end they will disappoint you by saying this will be at extra cost. Lack of miscommunication (which was done deliberately). Property care taker (Alok) is very clever person. He just talks sweetly and under perform in services. The other two local guys (cook) are very quick in services and preparing tasty food. Bungalow owner didn't bother to answer my call after getting the balance money on second day. I was rude with them at the end when they asked us to leave before our check out time (which was discussed during booking and extended till evening 5pm, at extra cost). Overall, property is very nice but ratings fall down for food services. Nobody will repeat this property if the management don't LEARN TO KEEP THEIR PROMISES !!
