Its 3 hours distance from Proper Mumbai. Train Is also Quite helpful to reach here. Indoor Games are Good to play. Gym area main equipment was not working though. swimming pool is very clean and big. along with Rain dance. Some of th property inside the Area is still u der construction which makes it a bit shady. Food is average.

Pathetic service worst experience. The resort maintenance is too bad and the staff is very agressive they don't have a manner to talk with the customers. They are offering services like favouring on you. The food quality is not good its feel like they are offering used food and its too cold after requesting they not even give hot food and after every 1 hour they are disconnected the electricity for a 15min. And not even giving a time for pool jacuzzi and steam room they are disconnected the electricity after every half hour. For anything they felt you like to please them or bagging them for using any resort facilities. We want for my brother birthday celebration and after left the resort the resort Manager Mr. Shravan was whats app and shouting for decoration that why we didn't removed the decoration this works comes under House keepers right? People are booking resorts for enjoying the things not for doing house Cleaning. The food tasted so bad and we're refused to have it then the resort Manager what's app me the images too why you don't eat the food who we can eat tasteless food after paying so much money? Attaching some proofs also.

Location is worst, not safe for couple's & family, row house distance from reception area Is almost 10 to 12 mints walking, in night no one is in security cabin, windows lock are broken any one can enter any time , food quality is ok.

The rooms were really clean and aesthetic. A wooden cottage was provided, it had all elements of wood which made it really pretty with a great view. The swimming pool is really big and has an artificial waterfall and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okayish but not bad. The market place is nearby from when you can buy food or drinks. Get your own vehicle since rooms are a little far than walkable distance. The clubhouse was very aesthetic and had many amenities and games to spend time. Must visit during monsoon with family and friends.

Very good experience. Away from hustle and bustle from city and only 2 hrs drive from city. This place is quiet and help you relax. They provide us different experiences like stay in a row house, glass house and wooden house which I also preferred to get a different experience. You can enjoy pool and also there is a rain dance setup. Overall if you want to relax and get reenergized this is the place.

This has been our worst experience till date. If you are a non-vegetarian then pls avoid this resort. Don't just watch the pictures and book your holidays here, zero maintenance of the indoor games, jacuzzi and other things. Except their highly co-operative staff especially navneet there is not a single thing to praise. They only serve Veg meals at their resort and assure you that they have multiple contacts of nearby restaurants by no one responds to their call. If you have your personal vehicle then only you can visit to the nearby restaurants which are not so nearby. You have to travel at least 3km from their resort to get you food. Poor network. You'll have to walk for a while to reach your rooms from the swimming pool and dining area because the property is huge and still under construction. Don't just trust the pictures they are ancient. Not recommended at all. Choose a good place to spend your holidays not this because you won't be leaving this place with good memories but with lots of disappointment. Very disappointed.

Shravan Mandal manager is excellent in behaviour and communication and other staff was excellent. We were having stay in Crystal Glass Villa 2. Also food and ambiguity and hospitality was excellent...would love to visit again with family... Nice to have a family outing for 3 4 days.. Thanks Vivek

Been there soo many times, it is always worth it. its calm, the pool is the best, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious and the entire property is breathtaking......

Loved the property, stay and overall the service provided by the staff was excellent. Would definitely visit again sometime soon especially because of the location it's at.

The wooden houses were isolated and were 12 mins away from the reception otherwise the food,service and security were awesome. Veg Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Location:3/5

Looks dicey. I have a confirmation for a night stay in May. BUt, now, no one is responding to my calls (on mobile as well as whatsapp). Whats app messages are also not being delivered (Single tick). Emails are also not getting answered. Have they closed down? 24 hours after posting this review, still no response. I posted separately on Tripadvisor, yesterday, now even that review is not showing up in my Tripadvisor profile. Please do not book here, and more...Pay no money upfront.

The splendid nature view from the room area is the first thing that comes to my mind to suggest you.the amenities like pool,play area and parking etc are very well organized and give you a trouble free and a valuable time pass.The rooms are very much clean and luxurious.definitely take a look on this hotel if you ever visit any place near this

Pros- The staff is co-operative and very helpful. TT and other games are proper. Cons - Food taste is just average The Hall didn't have any fan... The Ac doesn't cool the hall

Visited this place on 13 th 14 August with friends. We stayed at row house no. 36,rooms were stinking, sink was quite dirty, stains on pullovers ,flush tank was leaking. What to say about food,below average .The only good thing was Mr shravan mandal was a very cooperative person he tried his level best to provide us good service, but basic mai raada hai तो bechara akela क्या karega? So don't waste your money & precious time

The rooms are very far from the facilities like swimming pool, dinning area, games etc. Unless you have ur own vehicle, it's useless to visit this resort. Chalet room are located in a lonely area with no safety. For every small thing , u need to travel all the way for 1 km. Even ur kids can't get milk at the room. No concept of room service.

Very good place with very good hospitality and services and the best part about this place is you can have fun chill with your family and friends as this place suits every kind of groups. Clean environment and surrounded by the Mother Nature helps in relaxing and best place to have a weekend and weekdays. Surely recommended

ok.ok...food, ambience is good..we stay there for 2days ..but they provide..long distance rooms..so we dont enjoyed..later stay for 1day only. so make sure before booking .

Actually we did not stayed , went there and saw the scenario got idea about it , that it was completely opposite the way they shown in the video. Management is genuine, but the project is still developing, very dirty and not at all Hygiene, swimming pool is very dirty, jacuzzi u will feel like suffocating the room . Thank God we paid just 1000 as blocking , and went there and returned taking lunch from there. Mr manmohan is genuine he accepted what we told about the resort. Mr chandrakantji sharma had approached us for booking n come , but honestly he fooled us .all I can say is don't pay even 50% advance, tell any resort or hotelier to show us live video call of the current condition of the resort.

Nice place to visit with friends we got a deal for 2 days all meals included 5000 per person. Food was good, steam swimming pool, jacuzzi was awesome. Must visit place Only problem Airtel network is not working there.
