I don't know if they try to save energy (you can charge your Tesla here for free if you have one) , but the illumination of their parking lot is not the best. The ladies toilets in this place were an absolute disgrace. They clearly hadn’t been cleaned for several days. We saw a cleaner with a cart who stopped by the entrance and proceeded to mop the corridor outside. Meantime the cubicals were smelly and covered in urine. We tried a few of the toilets and they were all the same. There is some very very bad management displayed in this centre. Your should be ashamed.

One of the nicest malls I’ve been to! It is huge, clean, with a lot of stores, nice and friendly staff everywhere! Love it!! I can strongly recommend it!

Easy to navigate as only ground and 1st floor with 3 sets of moving walkways connecting, so buggy and wheelchair friendly, no shops are missed as both floors are oval shaped. Would advise if planning to eat at lunchtime on a Saturday or Sunday to arrive at the food hall end of 1st level by 1.30pm or by 2pm onwards you will find huge queues, but worth it. Forever visiting the new Tesla chargers and this shopping centre is a great addition in Madrid particularity as Madrid is 50% between North and Southern Spain. Nice place to eat, stretch legs and pick up a supercharge. 2 hours free parking too.

It’s good to go and check out their products and prices especially as in store you can actually have better knowledge of whatever product you are interested in and, ask questions to make sure it’s what you want. Many of their staff speak English which is also a plus and I’ve always found them to be very helpful.

Do come here and then you are close to Murcua too but located close to the motorway so not hut by busy traffic. Goid shops and lots of choice. Most shops are cooled and we found staff very good. Parking can be busy, so park a little away in the car park and take 5 mins to walk in.
