There is not enough staff and no food ready. We waited over 20 minutes to be served and there was only 3 people in front of us. We was waiting a further 15 minutes for the gravy to come out. The rest of the food was sat on the counter going cold while we waited for the gravy. They continued to serve other people meaning we was pushed aside and our food in front of other customers for the to cough over it. When I complained and said our food was now cold the staff was not interested in the slightest. This is quite normal and it is certainly not fast food. There is always new managers who don't know what they are doing.

I don't often eat here. Perhaps once in a blue moon. I'm always dissapointed. Greasy, the batter lacked taste and the chicken was dry. Maybe it's just all KFC It just doesn't taste how it use to I'm sad to say. You need to go back to the days of quality KFC.

Nadia very rude. They gave me chocolate ice cream I stead of caramel which was not a problem. When I asked to change as I don't like the chocolate she was very rude

Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch of burger chips and a drink. Will definitely be going again

It was the worst KFC that my wife and I have ever had. We bought a 6 piece bucket with which the chips were so cold and dry we had to take them back and have them replaced with just warm ones. The chicken with the original coating was saturated with oil and looked as if it had been reheated. On the plus side the service was good with friendly staff. We have eaten many KFC's and normally have found them very good so this was a real disappointment.

Good, but now too expensive to eat there regularly.

I usually come here when I don't know what to eat. Nice menu prices and good service. Dispenser drinks taste awful though.

Twister wrap was improperly wrapped & was opening, french fries not salty. No antiseptic jn toilet. However clean and friendly personnel.

The worst chicken we have had in Spain. Had no flavour and dry. Been to a lot in the are. Second time this one. Same last time. Im sure they are battery hens.

The girl at the counter was very friendly and patient. The environment was neat and conducive. It was really nice going there

Freezing cold fries. Totally unacceptable considering price.

Really busy place when we went and hardly any free tables. The ones which were free to sit at had rubbish all over them as the last users waste hadn't been cleared away. Poor experience and consequently we probably won't be back
