They do have great things for home furnishing however I have had a really poor experience with them. I made 4 orders this month and the last one has not been delivered and it has been with the transporter two weeks. Basically, they do not care about customers once you have paid for your order, in fact they have the worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. It is very difficult to contact them once you order has been placed, and they do not seem to be interested in sorting out delivery issues with their transporter AB custom either. I am really disappointed and I would not recommend using their online shop.

very poor customer service. They had me sitting in for 2 days waiting for delivery. Said i had cancelled when i hadnt, then said they had spoken to me to rearrange delivery when they hadnt. Hopefully 3rd time lucky they will deliver. will not be using these again. Not good service.

We made an order at the shop in Murcia (+-3500euro) and their was a discount that weekend of 10%. First of all we didn’t got the 10% because we transfer the money (in the store that same day) because we couldn’t pay with our card because our limit wasn’t high enough. Second, we asked for a table for outside and they sold us a table for inside ( we discovered at our house when we read the information sheed) We contacted them because we don’t need this table for inside and ordered a new table for outside. We called customer service to cancel only this table. After a few mails with the store (long story short) they can’t do anything and when delivery comes (2 months later) we should reject the table ( we already paid in full) and take it from there….Unbelievable for me…We live in 2023….also in Spain so this can be solved much better. We need much more stuff for our new house but never I will buy something from maison du monde Murcia! Awful! Spend your money elsewhere!
