Apartment is a great size for me and my family. The amenities are okay although I only use the valet trash. Price is okay I guess. I love the kitchen and my balcony. The issue lies with packages and neighbors. Packages are delivered to the leasing office and you have to wait for them to notify you that they have received your package. I am used to getting my packages delivered to my door so having to go down to the office 3-5 days out of the week is a hassle and inconvenience. I order online all the time so I am not going to wait to pick up my packages in a batch!!! So I had a package delivered through USPS two weeks ago and apparently the leasing office does not have it. I ordered the package under my middle name and a different last name. I was told if the package is not addressed to the leasee, they return the package. What?!!! They think they can dictate who orders stuff from my apartment. It was under my name anyway-my middle name is my name! So I have been back and forth with the leasing office trying to figure out where my package is for two weeks. I finally had enough and decided to do an investigation with USPS. I emailed the leasing manager who was apparently out of office last week, sick this week, and now she is too busy to address any concerns. Fine! I will escalate my concerns and issues. Now I am a quiet neighbor who is considerate. My upstairs neighbors are always banging and making noises all day long. I really do not care through the day even though I work from home and it can be quite annoying. At night they are banging and running around at 11:00. I am trying to sleep. The banging was too loud one day that it woke up my 1 year old. Today another upstairs neighbor decided to dump his trash in my trash can after the trash company just came through and emptied out everyone's trash. Like how do you leave out of your apartment with multiple trash cans and two dumpsters down stairs as well and thought it was okay to dump it in my trash can? I am really reconsidering the choice I made with moving here.

I love these apartment homes! The office staff persons are friendly, professional and considerate. The maintenance technicians are prompt and competent and the grounds are well kept. I moved here from a house and was pleasantly surprised with all the storage closets I have. I even have a nice kitchen pantry! The bathrooms are spacious and I love the fact that everything was newly renovated when I moved in! I love it here and think you will too!

Problem after problem at these “luxury apartments”, and while the property manager, Ashley, seemed nice and as if she was trying to fix things, it was never to a point I felt like we were getting the experience of luxury living, being wildly overcharged for a tiny apartment with water damage, mold, roaches, and likely foundation problems. Their package delivery system is terrible and I could go on about that for a paragraph, so unless you know exactly what you’re getting and when, you best be prepared to not get your stuff for quite a while (if at all!!) their staff is a mixed bag, topped with a property manager who (you may see below) pads her business’s ratings with five stars on her own place of employment, demonstrating lack of integrity and dishonest shortcuts to making these apartments look better from an outside view. Don’t fall for it; the nice location and amenities are definitely not worth it!

I love landmark me and my girlfriend moved in about a month ago and the layout is perfect the neighbors are nice and it is honestly the most perfect apartments I could ask for! Everything on the interior is really nice and if you have any problems with anything they are great at their client service. If any issues happen with the apartment their team comes to fix the issue within the day you filed that issue. They have a really great system and even my puppy loves it here thank you so much landmark team!

I have been looking for a new apartment and called landmark, I spoke to Kaylub and he did an amazing job. Not only was I highly satisfied with the apartments but more importantly how Kaylub was attentive and prompt to deliver all of the information I needed. He had a great upbeat personality that made the whole apartment search less scary. Overall I was highly impressed with landmark and the high quality service that Kaylub brought to the table.

When I came to visit Landmark, Kaylub was super helpful and informative by answering any questions I had asked, and he made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving the property. He was very kind, and he made the Landmark Apartments look highly professional and worth looking for a home! Highly satisfied with my visit thanks to Kaylub!

I love it here!! The staff is always super nice and helpful and fix any problem we have in a super short amount of time. They have so many amenities here that my boyfriend and I love, like the dog park and fitness center. All of the common areas are really nice. The apartments are very updated, modern, and aesthetically pleasing and we had little to no issues to report about our apartment on our first day here. Move-in day was so easy too! Some of the floor plans aren’t the most spacious (I have a one bed and it’s a bit small) but for 1 person or a couple it’s honestly perfect. We also have a washer and dryer in our unit which is really nice. They make paying utility bills and rent super easy and I love that we don’t have to have utilities in our name. They also offer renters insurance. I feel very safe here and I love the community and events that they have :)

Very solid apartments. The staff is great, especially the maintenance crew. They get on top of any issues quickly and are very reliable! I’ve enjoyed living here and would suggest it to anyone going to MTSU or just looking for a affordable, clean and put together community!
