I'm the first to make good advertisements when I like the service, but when it hurts me I simply delete it from my frequency list. I had a nail strengthening procedure done, something my daughter had done elsewhere (it wasn't at Feira) and it looked fantastic. However, what was supposed to last 15 days and come back for a second application lasted no more than two days, the nails and the product started to come off and the nails started to break. I believe that the product was not of good quality, possibly because the step by step process was the same as my daughter went with me on the day. I made videos and everything and I would complain, but reflect on the following. The procedure was correct and the product is no good, I'm going to waste my time going there again. Simply not attending anymore was my choice.

Karina always seeks the best for her clients, and her concern is evident in every detail so that we can leave there the way we imagine. I loved the nails I did too... it was all worth it!!!

I was just combing my hair and remembered how I became Tuttiete. 🤣🤣 The first time I went to Tutti I went in search of an embroidered cut, I liked Cadu's service over the phone, very receptive, and Carol who made the embroidered cut. After a few weeks I decided to go back to coloring. Then I met Karine, had an assessment with her and started doing hair therapy, as my hair was falling out very badly, with weak, brittle strands. Little by little everything started to change, the hair loss reduced, new strands arrived, hair was soft, shiny... today my hair is recovered, strong and full like it hadn't been in years. Thanks!!!! I leave my report because I know that many people are afraid or don't believe that hair therapy works. I'm proof that it works, a lot. 🤗
