    Good morning. The clinic needs to invest in an ombudsman sector, as well as, as it is a clinic that deals with people's health, with an emphasis on children, it cannot have conflicting information, which causes insecurity in the client. The first impression is that it is very difficult to trust a place that reschedules an exam 4 times, that people don't talk to each other and keep transferring to different places to provide information. I came to have my son performed with sedation, I was informed by phone by the employee in charge that it would be done at 7am, and I even recorded the call. When I arrived, reception informed me that the exam was on a first-come, first-served basis. At 7 am when I arrived, there were already 4 children under 2 years old fasting waiting. I questioned that I was not informed about this, and the reception informed that the employee reported the recording. Only when I signaled that I also recorded it did she signal that she would point it out to the scheduling supervisor. The clinic needs to evolve, today we have accredited companies, people are informed and can complain about bad services. It's almost 9am and the anesthetist hasn't arrived yet, so the children, like my son, are hungry, in a crowded clinic, taking risks with other viruses, as the professionals are completely dehumanized and disrespect the people who seek care at this clinic. I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't ever return here again.

    Bad experience, small physical space, slow service, one unisex bathroom for a waiting room of 40 people, lack of commitment to patients. I needed urgent care because I had a lot of ear pain, I called the clinic in the morning and they made an appointment between 3:00 and 4:00 pm for me to be seen, this was on a first-come, first-serve basis (absurd, there are no appointments by appointment) I arrived with in advance and then I managed to register at 4:45 pm in a total lack of respect, especially since I'm part of the priority group) After filling out the form, they informed me that one of the doctors who could treat me had an average of 10 patients in front of me. They claim that they have a very high demand but they don't dismiss patients with the intention of earning more and more, why don't they inform us that they are unable to respond when we call to schedule appointments? I hope I never need service at this establishment again.

    O hospital tem uma estrutura boa, o atendimento infelizmente deixa a desejar, o meu médico predileto é dr. Arthur. Que é um médico excelente e ainda venho aqui por causa dele. O que deixa a desejar é o tempo de aguardo para atendimento, eles informam que tem uma quantidade de pessoas na frente e quando vemos passa 10 na sua frente. Entendo que existe pessoas com prioridades, porém deveriam mesclar, uma prioridade um atendimento comum! O banheiro um mal cheiro muito grande, deveriam contratar alguém para fazer a limpeza do banheiro com mais frequência, infelizmente tem muita gente mal educada que em vez de jogar o lixo no balde de lixo joga no chão, faz xixi no chão do banheiro.

    Bom dia! Minha filha foi atendida Unidade Otorrinos do centro. A Dra nitidamente não tem preparo p atender criança. Aliás acredito q nem adulto gostaria de ser atendido de forma ríspida. Sem nenhuma empatia. Acredito q a Otorrinos deveria selecionar médicos c perfil adequado p atendimento pediátrico já q exige outro tipo de postura. E p completar o ácido usado no procedimento de cauterização queimou o nariz da minha fiha e atingiu a perna tbm. Insatisfeita demais c o atendimento.

    Pior IMPOSSÍVEL! Cheguei na clínica 13h30, fui "atendido" 16h30 e após aguardar 45min para fazer a análise por vídeo fui embora. Resumindo uma tarde perdida e não fui atendido!

Marquei consulta para minha filha à tarde, ao chegar dentro do horário informado, a atendente me disse que por conta de muitos pacientes, se ainda quisesse ser atendido teria que ser no horário da noite, sendo que já haviam 6 pessoas aguardando o atendimento, que é feito por ordem de chegada, outro absurdo, ou seja, falta de organização, de profissionalismo e falta de bom senso com os pacientes. Pelo visto as 6 pessoas que estavam aguardando foram prejudicadas com a mesma situação em que me deparei. Sendo que cheguei por volta das 16h, então aquelas pessoas chegaram pouco antes de mim e ainda teriam que aguardar até as 18h, para o início do atendimento. Será que isso é um procedimento correto para uma Clínica que não trabalha de graça?

    A médica que me atendeu assim como a técnica foram muito profissionais. Não tenho o que reclamar do atendimento da atendente na recepção tbm, contudo parece que o hospital otorrinos aceita mais pacientes do que consegue suportar, então a depender do que vai fazer terá que ter paciência para fazer todos os procedimentos.
