What an amazing dental office. Let me start by saying a few years ago my husband had a painful tooth on a Saturday night. Sunday after so many hours of pain we called Dr Bill emergency line. He was having dinner with out of state family and still answered and agreed to open his office on a Sunday and get Michael out of pain. What dentist do you know that cares that much about his patients? Today my son had an emergency with one of his teeth needing a root canal every single person there made him so comfortable Dani is so amazing she is very perfessional and does an amazing job. Dr Bill is so awesome my son felt No pain. He won't be going anywhere else! Dana your amazing as always! called me 830 the minute you opened got us in same day and made sure Lucas and I both understood everything and was comfortable! Thank you sugar creek you all awesome!

My very first visit was welcoming and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and felt like they were determined to help me. I did not feel judged and the way I was told I was beyond help of my own, I was impressed. They did not make me feel like I didn't take care of my teeth. That was so appreciated. My son was a bit nervous for his first visit EVER. He walked out of the appt smiling and even said "I kind of like that place." I said "the dentist?" He said "yeah, everyone was so nice. I was just watching SpongeBob and forgot where I was at." Lol. Needless to say we give them a 5 star rating!

Just used this office for first time and I would say everyone was friendly and polite- professional- The dentist I saw was nice very thorough- going back to have a tooth pulled so we’ll see. lol I would recommend this office.

I had my former dentist for 30+ years but he retired and our family needed a new dental practice. Because of my former experience, I was nervous about finding another dentist that would meet my very high expectations. I am so impressed by Sugar Creek Dental! Not only is their facility incredibly nice and clean (even a little kids area which is awesome for when our toddler has his first visit) but their staff were some of the friendliest people ever. Dr. Bill was also very personable. We are excited for our whole family to go there!

Brooke, the hygienist was excellent! She was caring, sweet and thorough. Entire office staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Bill was great! He explained how the x-rays read and told me all looked good, even though my prior dentist told me I needed additional treatment. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Thank you to the entire staff! I had a wonderful experience!!

This is by far the best service I’ve ever experienced from any business much less dentist. From the dental assistants to the the dentist, they made me feel so validated and they were literally so fast, I was in and out. The environment is so cute to, there is so much seating. I can’t sing their praises enough.

Excellent dentist, but horrible office staff. I canceled an appointment last minute, I get charged $50 my bad fair enough no problem. I reschedule the appointment and unfortunately have to reschedule again, but this time I give them 24 hour notice and they still want to crab about it. 24 hours is more than fair and gives ample time to fill that timeslot with another patient. I understand how a schedule works, but life happens especially when you're trying to make an appointment with a 6 year old. This office would rather attempt to bill another $50 an in doing so they will loose out on two cleanings a year plus whatever other services my daughter would need. I am sure that far exceeds $50.

They're so sweet! They make u feel very welcome and comfortable, they got me in faster then any of the other dentist offices in the area, made sure i understood everything. You won't regret going here!

These people are very dishonest because for starters they made me an appointment without my knowledge and then tried to say that I had made the appointment and when I didn’t show up they wanted to charge me $50.00. The second thing is the first time my mother went there they knocked a filling out of her tooth and then wanted to charge her $300.00 to fill it and then 6 months later they tried to say they offered to fix it for free and that simply wasn’t true at all because I remember her arguing with them at the office the day it happened and then she called them and argued some more with them and told them they needed to make it right and they wouldn’t do it. If they done this to my mother then you know they have done it to other people as well.
