    Guy at the drive thru with glasses has the worst customer service and attitude, I’ve consistently had problems with this guy. He expected me to eat biscuits and gravy with a straw, didn’t give me my hash brown on 2 occasions. This location would be nice minus this guy.

    Worst mcdonald's. Lazy employees, they make you wait to order on the drive thru and have you sit on the side waiting for your food while all of them are socializing and most of them have bad attitudes. Mcdonald's on sugarloaf and cruse is always busy and they are 100% better.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred at one of your establishments, involving a manager named Francis Michael. On 12/21 on Sugarloaf McDonald's and unfortunately experienced what I believe to be a case of racial discrimination by Mrs. Michael. Her behavior towards me as a customer was inappropriate, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe in the values of diversity and inclusivity, and I was disappointed to encounter such behavior at a place that prides itself on serving a diverse community. I trust that McDonald's takes these matters seriously, and I am reaching out to bring this incident to your attention in the hope that it can be investigated and appropriate action taken. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with feedback on the steps being taken to address and prevent such incidents in the future.     Whats with the people working here. I get we get busy at times but how do you miss a whole burger and gave us completely wrong sauces. We also asked for the drink to be no ice. Cup was FILLED with ice. Guy at the window was rude so we didn’t even bother.

    Its 6am. The lady told me to wait with her fingers to wait 6 minutes. They open at 6am. There are 3 workers working nobody came to me with respect. The man finally comes to the window very rude saying you have to wait until 6am.

    So i wait 20 mins in curbside for 2 cheeseburgers all to have to come in there and see it sitting on the counter. I get them and they're wrong, and the remakes are a mess. Nice.

    Cost way too much for the quality of the food.. Now they only want to give you 30% off when you buy a QPwC, Big Mac, 10 piece chicken nuggets instead of buy one get one. A breakfast biscuit is over $4??? What is going on. Save your your money and go to a better restaurant. McDonald's has always been about affordability and not quality so much.. no that their food is costing as much and more than higher quality restaurants than why are people still buying this food??

    I have came to this mcdonalds location to order a mcflurry, and multiple times, they do not fill up the mcflurry cup. Why do I have to pay full price for a half filled mcflurry, especially when the ice cream machine is frequently broken? Very disappointing.

    Had a white boy with a red shirt tonight make a nasty comment towards my girlfriends dog for absolutely no reason. Considering he’s working at McDonald’s I’d watch my mouth. Definitely investigating who this individual is.

    The manager is literally doing hee best but her staff is terrible. Slow. Doesn't attend to waiting customers. Literally just looks at you and doesn't offer help. The second drive thru voice box doesn't work
