Horrible experience. PLEASE READ ALL THE 1 Stars reviews below. So many!!!!!! Horrible experience, SUPER EXPENSIVE AND DOESNT DO A GOID JOB. Here is my experience with Paola: I have been getting my highlights done for 30 years and HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCED, unfortunately I moved to a new city and found Paola Hair salon online and thought I’d give it a try. So let me share my terrible experience with this lady: I told Paola that I only wanted highlights and showed her some pics of the beautiful job other previous hair stylists had done with my hair. Everything started after she put all the products in my hair and for some reason she wasn’t getting the right color and asked me if I had colored my roots and other areas of my hair (odd question to me!!! But I told her No, and that was 100% my natural color and just the highlights that were obviously lighter). In 30 years no hair stylist ever asked me that and everyone always had their own technique to accomplish the color I wanted for my highlights. HOWEVER: SHE KEPT SAYING: DON’T LIE TO ME, tell me the truth (so many times that it really ruined my day and I felt so uncomfortable). I told her how uncomfortable and disrespectful that was and offered her to pay for their time but I just wanted to leave. She insisted that I stayed and that she would do the best. I honestly wanted to leave but she had all these products already in my hair that I didn’t even know if leaving would make sense at that point. At the end she apologized but honestly I didn’t even care. I knew I would never ever come back even though she offered me to come back so she could fix the mess she had done in my hair. I did say: everything looks ok (wanted to get out of there ASAP) and left after paying $240!!!!! She also charged me like $40 for some stupid product that I didn’t even asked fo. My Hair has never been so dry and the color is horrible (see pics with a lot of roots and orange!!!). I already made an appointment with someone else to fix it. I have never paid more than $170 for my highlights and almost always got a pretty job. (See pictures from my previous hair stylist). Paola left me with horrible orange color everywhere and is so visible that I have to wear a pony tail and hats all the time now. But even worse was the experience and her calling me a liar. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Where did she learn coloring 😫😱🧐

Amazing! I am very picky about my hair and I’ve been in the search for a while of a salon of professionals, I found this hair salon online and did some research and decided to give it a try, it was a great decision! One thing I loved is that before doing anything, the evaluate your hair and what you want and tell you straight forward how much it will be. The attention is amazing, everybody is nice, the owner Paola es una divina, she’s on top of all her stylists making sure everything is going the way it should, my stylist was victor and he’s the top! He was amazing, incredibly dedicated, patient and he has an amazing energy! I loved the results and besides recommending them, I will definitely be back! Great job guys, happy client over here!🧡💙

Do you think this Hair Salon is expensive? Let me show you the results of my hair after trying to find something cheaper! I went to other place just to get a hair cut, the girl told me I had some grey hair and proposed me to cover it, I told her I had a balagaye and I didn’t want to messed up the color, she said she knowed the technique so I believed her, The results were awful as you can see in the picture! I thought nobody could fix it but I went to Paola Villa’s Saloon and Naty García helped me a lot! She was very honest with me and she said she couldn’t do the balagaye cause that would damage my hair even more, but she would try to do a color correction to fix it. The results amazed me! She not just fixed the awful color that I had but she made my hair looks like if I had a balagaye without even fading my hair! Complete in love with the results and with a great lesson learned! Took my 2 teen daughters to this place( First time every going into this place) went in for 2 haircuts, we arrived around 11 AM and there was only one stylist working at the time. She approached us and asked what services we needed done and we asked for haircuts only . She was working on a customer at the time and asked us to give her a moment. We waited and she started working on one of my teens, washed her hair, and my daughter asked for a straight cut, only cutting off about an 1 1/2 inch, and proceeded to blow drying her hair. Than we continued to wait until she finally started on my other teen, and did the same as well, washed and my daughter asked for layers and cut a good amount of hair off, and blowed dried. She was finally done at 2:14 pm. She started charging me and said for each hair cut it was $45 Each, and the blow dry would be $60 for the straight cut and $70 for the layered cut. I was being charged for blow drying? After you proceeded to was their hair as part of the haircut price and never once let me know blow-dry would be an additional fee, when we had only go in for 2 haircuts. I expressed the price about the blow dry and she proceeded to tell me the price and was waiting for payment, We walked away paying $220.00. Never again will we be going into this place. Beware if you do go ask about the prices for everything before you get hit with a large bill!

Natalia is AMAZING! She did a wonderful job! A true transformation. She was very professional and guided me towards the best fitted color for me. I would 100% recommended her.

I am Canadian and went to get my hair done while I was on vacation in Atlanta last month. Chose the place randomly from pictures I saw online. Paola and her team really make you feel comfortable and take the time to evaluate what’s best for you. I was offered water, coffee, tea or WINE! Josseline was so professional and sweet, she did an amazing job! It was a long process because I was getting highlights (2 blond shades), treatment, haircut and styling. First time I get so much positive feedback on my hair. Don’t hesitate to visit them, you won’t be disappointed. Hablan español también !! 😊

Here I have achieved what I have dreamed of so much,😍 having blonde, long and mainly healthy hair, Paola and Robert always attentive to the reaction of the chemicals in my hair; This demonstrates the professionalism with which this team works. Today I leave satisfied and very satisfied with this result.

🛑 STOP ✋ and take the time to read the review about this place before you waste money and time ! Do not trust the prices here ! You will pay way more than whatever they told you since the beginning! Paola has Create a “brand name “ for being popular but this place is overrated! Don’t let them do any coloring in your hair ! The don’t know about it . If you try to “speak” with the owner of this place you will end frustrated about the kind of attention she will give you , so don’t waste time and money !

I did my appointment and also I pay a certain amount to reserve my appointment with (that) Paola. The sooner that I arrived she look to me like she is the big start!!! When I was going inside I just couldn’t because there was 2 DOGS!! And I spoke with one of the employees and explain to her that I’m a terrified of dogs and I have severe allergies to them And that Paola approach to me and told me: (oh if you don’t like dogs I’m not going to help you!!! And I’m like what you just say?? And she repeated to me! Is because these dogs is like my baby’s!!) And I don’t have any problems with people loving their Dogs as a baby 😞 the thing is that this Paola is very rude and disrespectful, I drove 30 minutes to be there and she refused to (help me) which she clearly is NOT. HELPING TO NO ONE m!!! THIS IS HER BUSINESS AND SHE SHOUL BE GLAD THAT PEOPLE IS COMING TO HER SALON!!! She ask to the employee to return my deposit!!!😡😡 Honestly I’m thinking seriously to report this businesses to Business Bureau! She have to understand that this is not her country!… and we have to respect the rules because I have been in other location where they have dogs and they let us know before you come that if there’s is any issues or allergies. I don’t recommend any one to go there because of her! Not the dogs!! Paola es una atrevida!!!

I loved my hair. Paola is super professional and friendly and the atmosphere of the salon is great…her prices are not cheap but they are affordable…it was really worth what I paid.

Natalia did my hair and I love it! I was kind of reluctant to go darker but she definitely made the color look gorgeous!!
