Food is normally good but the personal that work in the store part of the restaurant do not have the best interpersonal skills. I bought a small r/c car for my grandson, it was almost $20. He got it a week later and it wasn't working from the get go. I went back to cracker barrel to see if I could exchange it for one that works, and they refused because I didn't have the receipt. In all honesty, the receipt was in the garbage with our dinner receipt that day. Wasn't wanting money back, just a toy that worked. I'll never purchase anything in the "country store" again. The policy should have been displayed but I saw it no where. You walk in and they smother you basically begging you to buy buy buy but they won't stand behind what they sale. Your already paying more than you would most any place else. Live and learn I suppose.

Delicious- taste is always the same . In a rainy day ……. It’s good to be on the inside w/ hot biscuits as starters waiting on the next good stuff coming out Celebrating my sisters daughter , Christie , college masters graduation!!! She’s done !!

I am commenting not to get anyone in trouble, but in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. I came in today to get store credit for a dress I bought on Mother's Day. It did not fit so I wanted to exchange it because I did not have the receipt. I told the cashier (Allison) that I wanted store credit. She asked if I had the receipt, I said no. She turned to another associate, older, dark brown hair with glasses and told her my request. She said "she'll have to do a return credit without a receipt". Then she asked if I wanted to look around for something to exchange. I said yes. I went to the bathroom and came out to look around. I picked up a few things and the older lady came up and asked if I found anything. I said yes, and she let me know if I saw any clothes I like I could take it in the bathroom to try on. I did not know this on Mother's Day. She said she didn't either until she started working there. Then I kept looking around and picked up some more things. The older lady came back with a basket to hold my things, which was nice. Then I kept looking around and Allison comes over and I happen to turn in her direction and smile. She smiled slightly, but didn't talk like the older lady. She walked around and turned her back. Then walked a little closer like she was organizing products. It was then I knew I was being watched to see if I would shoplift. At that point I wanted to leave, but I knew I could not get my money back so I had to exchange the cost of the dress. I even bought items over the cost of the dress. It really hurt that I was being followed, and now I question if the older lady was doing the same thing or truly trying to help me. I think they need more training in customer service. No one deserves to feel this way!

I'm usually not a fan of cracker barrel, not that it's bad, but an egg is something I can fix at home. But I must say, my visit to the Murray Ky Cracker Barrel was surprisingly awesome. My wife and I ordered breakfast platters and it was delicious! Well seasoned and cooked just right. We couldn't eat it all, and I gave it my best shot too! I don't know if all the servers were as good as the one I got, but she was terrific. My wife even found a clothing article in the store area. It was a very nice time and we WILL be back.

Undoubtedly the worst salad I have had from Cracker Barrel. Big hard chunks of lettuce, some even had brown on it. It will be a long time before I order from there again. I ordered through Door Dash, so sending it back wasn't an option.

We love eating at cracker barrel!! I can't claim a fave dish since I order something new each trip. The hash brown casserole is a must mostly. Their shop has some of the best unique trinkets & gifts 🎁! I would love gift cards for holidays from there!! 🎁😊

I haven't had the French toast in a while so I ordered it this past Saturday. It was very good and the service was good but I have one question. Why would they bring you French toast and not automatically bring you some syrup?! At least ask if I want syrup when I order it. Who gets pancakes or French toast and doesn't use syrup. It's just frustrating that you have to ask for almost everything anymore. It's like Cracker Barrel is going to go bankrupt if they automatically bring you jelly for your biscuits ke syrup for your French toast. There...I feel better now. 🤣🤣

Great food and excellent service! It takes about a half hour if they are busy but it's worth it. The gift shop is cute but I didn't buy anything.

This visit to cracker barrel was not great. I had problems with the order being correct, with the food coming out at one time instead of three different deliveries to the table. I received my hash browns when at least ¾ of my breakfast was completed. It always amazes me when they say I have two sides but when it rings up on the receipt it shows with an additional charge so I find that frustrating. It may be partially my learning curve because it's been a while since I have been to cracker barrel and a lot of their food on their menus have had changes made to them. And sadly, you know with the first 15 seconds of meeting your server that it's not a great fit for you for no other reason than it's just a personality conflict.

I loved the food . A little cold on delivery though. We has an excellent waitress. Can't think of her name though

I was told 15 minute wait. Didn't realize Cracker Barrel assigns a table at check in....and you are really waiting on the people at that table. At 30 minutes I asked the hostess and she informed me of this. So you really have no idea how long. I guess they sensed my frustration and started putting a table together for 6. Once they called our names, we were then informed it will be a 30 minute wait on food because they ran out of biscuits! I immediately left! I WILL NOT ENTER THIS CRACKER BARREL EVER AGAIN!

Just another cracker barrel. Food works not the best and definitely not the worst. Handy enough when pulling a large trailer and trying to find a place to park.

Cracker Barrel has decent food for the below-average price. It has never been my first choice, but it was a good place to meet up for a cheap meal... that is until their menu recently became nonexistent in comparison to the plethora of options they had before. I don't know if it was just the Murray KY location, but the menu was so limited that it didn't even have waffles or omelets even though they still have eggs and pancakes. It almost seems like they're either going out of business or committing reputation suicide; even the waitresses looked like they didn't want to be there anymore. The only thing that is still good about the place is the neat old-timey aesthetic and iconic gift-shop/store inside each location. As a whole, it seems that Cracker Barrel has fallen far below the quality and service that initially brought them fame.
