My roommate and I went to eat in the lobby 30 minutes before it closed l, we weren’t loud, we didn’t make a mess, and left 15 minutes before close. We overheard one of the employees angrily and loudly talking about us and how “We should’ve known better” and called us b*tches. Not cool.

I got a tea this morning and spoke to Donna in the drive thru. She sold me a coupon packet with donating a dollar to adoption fund. I adopted my son so it's near to my heart. She was so pleasant and cheerful so early in the morning. I manage a business in town and she is the type employee I strive to find. Wendy's is lucky to have her! She started my morning off good. Believing in humanity again. Lol

We sit in drive through about 15 minutes but when we got to the window they told us sorry they just stopped taking orders. We ask them why and she said I'm only doing what my boss said to do. It wasn't closing time and they Still had a few cars in line behind us waiting to order.

Have tried TWICE lately to place an order at the drive thru. Nobody has come to the speaker to take my order even after I've sat there several minutes waiting both times. Have driven off both times and went somewhere else. Food is good at this Wendy's but if I can't place an order the next time I go, I will never go back.

Didn't eat Twice over the last month I've gone to Wendy's to get a baked potato and chili, and both times they were out of baked potatoes. The second time I asked to speak with the manager and the crew was rude

We eat here a couple times a week lunch and breakfast I will go back to 5 stars when they get there stuff together again. ..they mess up on orders too often in the drive thru it was good for awhile hope it is again soon

Staff are great. Whoever made the chili today did an EXCELLENT job. Still enjoy their breakfast also.

I went and ordered my meal inside. As soon as I walked through, a young lady smiled and asked how she could serve me. My food was ready fast and was hot and so good.
