We are really happy with our trip to Crystal Nails. The owners are so friendly and the shop is sparkling clean. It does have a bit of the typical “nail shop” smell but they do a good job at keeping the air flowing and the smell down so it’s really not overwhelming as some nail shops are known to be. Lots of options and nail colors for days. The owner was really patient with my daughter and answered all of her questions. No pressure for any certain type of service. And the quality of work was great. We will definitely return!

I have never had them answer the phone to get an appointment. Very nice and quick service. Like to up sale on services usually disappointed if you don't agree. Seem to specialize in dip acrylics. Not really happy with the basic acrylics I got. Will likely go back to Nina's.

I went to get my acrylic set I had on removed, acrylic nail full set new, coffin shape. I wanted the natural nude pink I get everywhere else I go. She told me that she didn’t have that color & that I needed to do dip. Also was not happy that I had to soak my nails off. Fast forward to the length & shape I told her what I wanted (coffin/square, like I do at my normal salon) and she made them so long and skinny and ugly, therefore I told her I didn’t like them and I needed to cut them down to square. She got an attitude with me and was touching my hands with passive aggression. I should have gotten up and walked out but I didn’t and we finished the process, the vibes were not at all good & I caught her talking to her husband about me changing the shape of my nails, saying I ruined them but really she just can’t do nails. I’m extremely disappointed because three nails have broke and I have only had them done for a couple days. I keep nails year around & they all last 3 weeks or more. I’m very disappointed about it all. Wasted money, time, & energy. Will not be back.

Excellent shop! I am so excited to have a place to get powder dip nails! Also, I left there without my cuticles bleeding which hasn't happened to me at a salon in awhile!

I am from Memphis Tennessee and was visiting my son and his fiancé. We went to Crystal nails. I called On Tuesday for an appointment on Thursday. I expressed to them that I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. My son’s fiancé was expecting a pedicure. We signed in as requested. We had never visited the shop before. People were very rude and said that we did not request the services. Obviously they were not listening. They told us that they could not perform the services because it would delay other patrons. I cannot believe how rude they were. If I had gone in with all my make up and hair done and dressed a little differently they would have paid attention. I am a retired nurse and I am a custom to paying $130 including tip for a pedicure and a manicure in Memphis Tennessee. I can’t believe how these people acted in a little Podunk town and they only had two customers in there and one came after us. In addition they reprimanded us for touching their nail polish bottles and asking us to put them back in the same place. I have never been accustomed to that. They only want you to look at the sample nail polish on the chart. The nail salons that I am accustomed to,try help you to decide the shade. So I Venture to say they lost about $160 maybe $180 in revenue. I have never met such rude people.No wonder, they’re salon wasn’t full. Needless to say, we left immediately and vowed to never return.

I arrived at my appointment on time and they immediately took me in for a basic pedicure and gel nails. 2 hrs. Later I walked out with gorgeous nails! They were very accommodating by bringing me bottled water to help with my allergic cough. This is the best nail shop I have ever been to. I just wish they gave appts. For foot and leg massages!🤣

Always pleasant and great work. My husband and I love the relaxing pedicures.

Never disappointed. They like for you to make appointments and that's very understandable, they're always busy. The nails have lasted up to 3 weeks, on a good set. Not always that way. My daughter and I get a good 2 weeks wear. Gel and dip. Nail/Toes. MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT. You won't be disappointed.
