My daughter lives here and they are INFESTED with roaches! Office staff is never available and doesn't care. Horrible place to be ROPED into a lease! Totally disgusting that they don't take care of the bugs! Gross!!! I'm not contacting your apartment complex, she is an adult. I just think it is absolutely NASTY to not get this issue under control! Makes me SICK to think she is STUCK there with these nasty bugs!

The apartment itself is nice looking however there are really bad bug problems. The apartments also flood really easily. Some of the staff are nice, but not all. Maintenance takes forever to properly fix issues made present. Pick another apartment if possible. After your lease ends your deposit will also likely be cut in half due to a random $120 cleaning fee even if the apartment is spotless.

Don’t let all the fake reviews persuade you. This is by far one of the worst places in Murray to live. The owner only cares about one thing and it’s money. My roomates and I lived here for months and had roaches crawling on the walls and counters. We reported it and complained and they just now sprayed. With the cheapest little cans from Walmart. We came back and there were still roaches. They say they don’t have roaches on the other reviews. They LIE they lie about so much and management is the reason me and all of my roommates will be moving out soon.

As someone who has lived in apartment complexes my entire life. I can genuinely say that this is the best I’ve lived in and that is not even factoring in the affordability. Within 24 hours of a maintenance request, the issue will be professionally addressed and resolved which is a major plus for me as I’ve had management not fix MAJOR issues for months at other places. The staff in the office is incredibly professional while also being supremely friendly, they make you feel wanted to be here and valued as a tenant. This is a great spot for student athletes like myself as there are lots of amenities between the awesome gym and well maintained swimming pool for me to stay active in. With a staff that is caring, professional and friendly, a clean living environment, amenities for people to be active & it’s convenient location around everything you need. It’s the best place to stay in Murray hands down

All in all, it’s nice place to start on your own living at. I’ve made so many friends here, along with memories I’ll never forget. Fair warning though, the fees just to have someone take over your lease is $350. Plus they slap a cleaning fee regardless if you break your back to try and clean up your area or not. Management is great though!! Super chill and understanding.

Great place to call home, our student daughter lives here for 2 years now. They have courtesy officers on site and the property is always clean. Management is great they really care about the residents and their college experience. Office and maintenance staff have great communication. The room is big enough and they have private bathrooms. The lease is simple and you can sign it online. Our son will be living here soon as well for his college life. My daughter's favorite thing is the resort pool which is always open and clean. Glad she has had the best experience of her college life at Station 74.
