Update: Received a positive response from them to give me sauce. Just ordered online with sauces for each sandwich and fry. I can even view the sauces confirmed with my order checkout. Only gave 2 chick fil a sauces for two large fries and 3 sandwiches. You had one job 😂 I can’t even follow the logic on just two sauces.

This is probably hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches you can get in town. You can get it spicy or plain but they're both delicious. Highly recommended as a quick meal, you can order online and do curbside pickup or you can dine in or go through the drive through

I am kind of in love with Chick-Fil-A and almost always have a great experience! I have never had the urge to leave a review until today though. Travis who is a delivery driver is the absolute best and made my day today (even on his off day!) I think everyone should aspire to be like him. He is amazing with customers, always has a big smile and very genuine. I wish I could give it more stars just for him. Thank you Travis!

Someone is trying to cut costs….hmm. My husband and I both got the classic chicken sandwiches and I’ve NEVER seen the chicken patty so thin in my life! Super thin and dry. I love chick-fil-a, just won’t be back at this one.

Just had a quick dinner here. I was very impressed with the fast service of the young employees. The food is always great. Thank you, will visit you again when I'm in the area.

This looks trashy Chick Fil A. Not as good as my West Texas & Florida locations. Please do better. I waited in line 9 minutes to get a sweet tea. Also, the loyalty program is not really a thing here. I’m never rewarded. You can represent the brand better.

Only one in line and took forever to get my food, asked for large fry and they filled it only half full. This is the worst location. Not planning on going back there. Apparently they think they can screw customers getting take out

Always great food from this location! The play place is always as clean as it can be with kids if you know what I mean. Service is always great inside. Drove though could use a little help with the high school kids most of the time aren't to good with doing special request. Other than that never really had a problem with the drive though. Also the owner is pretty cool I guess!

Whoever was cooking the fries and nuggets at 1:00PM on 10/28/2023 needs to be retained as an employee at all costs!! They need to teach every other Chick-fil-A how they reached perfection in every bite. Protect this human at all costs! Thanks for a great lunch! 😎

Everyone knows Chick-fil-A is the gold standard. We got the deluxe chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries of course, Mac and cheese, and peach and cookies and cream smoothies. The service is great - I heard “my pleasure” probably 15 times; though they did forget the cherry/whipped cream on the smoothies and accidentally put pickles on the sandwich requested to be “no pickles”. All is well though, as the food was delicious (my favorite is the macaroni and cheese, followed by waffle fries), and they even have wonderful art of old people showing off their food!

Chick-fil-A everywhere is wonderful but Tranae in the dining area easily makes this the best location in the state of Utah (and I have eaten at almost all of them). She is so bright and friendly that she can make even a rainy day better! The food almost beat us to the table and the restrooms are very clean. I’ll go out of my way to come back to this location!!

So the line was so long both lanes were literally wrapped around the building & going out to State St!!! But even still my boyfriend & i went through & for our food in under 10 minutes! That's very impressive! The food was good & the people were nice as always!

I came in for just a peach milkshake. The milkshake was very delicious and I highly recommend it. My one complaint with this Chick fil A is that the bathroom has a code lock. You have to order and then you can get the code. This is difficult when you come in by yourself because no one is there to watch your food when they drop it off while you're in the bathroom. I think putting a lock on the bathroom creates more problems than it solves.

I have seen the cow themed adverts across the valley for as long as I can remember but it was only recently that I tried Chick-fil-A. The food is delicious and the service is truly next level. They have the most efficient and accurate order entry I have ever seen. The spicy chicken deluxe is the best spicy chicken I've ever had. Don't be discouraged if you see a long line, they will get your order processed and have you on your way faster than places with lines half as long.

Good food. Not so good service. I felt like an inconvenience. I got the wrong food on my way to work after grabbing some chick Fil A. And the shake had a piece of plastic in it. I called the next day, as when I rang there phone it sent me to a voice mail and I actually was only able to get a hold of somebody the next day after pressing the option for catering. I talked to Christopher and told him my issues. He was no problem at all I told him my items and the problems and he said I could come in anytime between the 24 when having called and the 5 of next month. I came to pick up my items before driving down to price today for a funeral and was told only the shake would be replaced till I talked to a manager. Got the shake went and parked in a stall to talk to her. I told her this happened and she said she would have to check cameras call Christopher and then could possibly replace my sandwich and asked for my personal phone number I didn’t want to give it and felt awkward having been asked. And then just to clarify I said “so I’m not getting my sandwich” and she said after she checks some things. I told her this seems like a lot of work for just a sandwich and I left. My pleasure was not the case and with all the money rolling in with the Company it looks terrible that I was told “your whole order was wrong that doesn’t make sense” by a manager.

This fast food restaurant has a fast, efficient and memorable service. The tables are cleaned constantly, the manager would check on people who are eating to check if they got what they asked for and if they taste good. People who deliver the food always happy. I enjoyed coming here.

Chick-fil-A in Utah looks similar to the pictures you see of gas lines during the oil crisis in the 70s. I don’t especially care for fast food or Chick-fil-A. They do have decent shakes for the price in a pinch and generally they have good service however this place completely forgot the sauce and the fries. They efficiently as possible, push people through the drive-through at an incredible rate with lots of staff along the way. You would imagine that with so much staffing at the drive-through. Your order would be perfect, but this is not the case.

Awesomeness every time I’ve actually made friends here. They really try , I had taken my waffle fries back and showed them how it was filled with sauce packets on top, when I explained to them how many hands the sauce packets have most likely been through and how unsanitary it was to place them on top of the waffle fries, I’ve never experienced that again and that’s why they deserve the 5 stars. They listened and made a better change for the customer.

Best spicy chicken deluxe sandwich! Very organized, drive thru has two lanes and they come to your car to take order. Wait time maybe 10 min at peak times. Employees are very friendly and so polite!

First time back to this location in 2 years. Still not impressed with this location. Parking and drive through still feels cramped. The ice cream machine was broken. Not sure what the cleaning solution is that's being used but it the place had a strong smell of it. I'll take a few extra miles and go to West Valley next time. Never had a bad visit there.

I quit coming here after my order of fries consisted of all the shards from the bottom of the bin - fry dust. In a rush today, I relented and ordered a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. I was given a chicken fillet on a hamburger bun with pickles. Done with your location and your chain. Your service is anything but PERFECT.

Great option for fast food, especially if you want consistency. I only got a shake from this location, but have ordered from other Chick-Fil-A locations before. I've always found the food to be reliable and good. I don't love the basic chicken sandwich (too bland) but some of their other options are tasty. Their drinks and shakes are my favorite part. The special peach shake was delicious! The line is usually better at this location than in Sugarhouse. Service was pretty good, though a lot of the staff were teens and the expected mediocrity ensued. The line moved quickly. Overall, good experience.
