My
experience
was
less
than
satisfactory
to
say
the
least.
First
to
make
an
appointment
it
took
about
2
or
3
days
because
we
had
to
wait
for
someone
to
return
our
call
instead
of
them
making
it
over
the
phone
when
we
called.
I
am
a
receptionist
at
a
doctors
office
so
I
am
not
unaware
of
different
procedures
and
ways
of
doing
things
but
my
husband
and
I
both
work
full
time
so
to
take
so
many
days
to
get
back
to
us
was
a
little
inconvenient.
Then
we
finally
got
a
day
and
a
time
that
works,
we
arrive
to
the
appointment
and
we
were
not
prepared
for
what
awaited
us.
We
understand
COVID
and
wore
masks
with
no
problem
and
working
in
a
doctors
office,
I
understand
restrictions.
My
husband
has
multiple
seizure
disorder
and
they
can
be
very
strong
and
very
bad.
They
recently
have
been
worse
and
more
often
so
hopefully
most
people
can
understand
the
stress
of
a
wife
in
this
situation.
I
am
8
months
pregnant
non
the
less
so
anything
that
has
to
do
with
my
husbands
health
is
of
extreme
importance
and
gives
a
little
anxiety.
I
was
told
at
the
entrance
I
was
not
allowed
to
come
with
him.
He
has
been
up
all
night
preparing
and
was
very
out
of
sorts,
he
struggles
with
memory
loss
and
with
epilepsy
lack
of
sleep
is
a
huge
trigger
for
him.
I
was
told
to
go
back
to
my
car
and
wait
for
him
for
two
hours.
So
unaware
of
what
is
going
on
upstairs,
or
that
I
should
have
brought
something.
I
am
40
min
from
home
sitting
in
a
car
at
6:45am
in
a
parking
lot
completely
out
of
the
loop.
For
a
pregnant
lady,
not
a
good
situation.
My
husband
tried
to
explain
the
situation
with
no
understanding
whatsoever.
I
understand
protocol
but
no
empathy.
Although
I
am
all
about
staying
protected,
if
my
husband
has
COVID19,
I
probably
do
too
so
what’s
the
difference
separating
us.
It
was
a
hard
experience
and
not
one
I
feel
was
handled
fairly
or
empathetically.
We
were
not
warned
of
any
of
their
procedures
or
regulations
and
it
felt
like
very
bad
planning
on
their
part
and
a
very
cold
and
not
understanding
outpatient
center.
Sad
experience.
Maybe
I’ll
feel
different
with
a
little
bit
of
sleep.
