Great customer service and polite business. My wife and i bought some silver from them and they helped us pick out what best suited us. When the order got back ordered from the manufacturer and took longer than expected to be delivered they were on top of it letting us know and apologetic, offering to send us home with silver different that day. I have since been back on several occasions and will continue to use them as my local coin shop because of their great customer hospitality.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE!!!! Unless you see and take what you bought home, do not trust this place. They held a friends money for 45 days and NEVER DELIVERED on their broken promises! Gary should pay my friend interest on her money! Go to Monarch instead! They have gold and silver on premise and don’t take advantage of people!!!!

Nice selection. My 1st visit was to trade in some coins. They were friendly and it was a pleasant experience. Of course I’d want more for my trade but other than that it was a good exchange. They had in the coins I was looking for. Next time I should bring my reading glasses so that I can see their selection better.

The owner is a super nice guy.. They have a huge selection of coins jewelry and collectables. The best prices you'll ever find.. Any collector would be crazy to go anywhere else... My son and I had a great visit to Legacy Rare Coins. They had an amazing selection of all kinds of coins we had never seen before including large .999 5 oz silver enlarged quarters which were really fun to look at. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Today was my first time at Legacy. I met with Anna, who appraised some coins and jewelry, and purchased at a fair price. I was impressed by her attention to detail, and appreciated her walking me though how the appraisal was made. As a woman, sometime selling valuables can seem intimidating, and you worry about not getting a fair price, but Anna's friendly and kind demeanor put me at ease. Seemed like a nice shop, but when I asked the lady behind the counter if they had a metal testing machine (Sigma etc) she said no. What kind of a coinshop doesnt have one? To me that is a sketchy place to buy from. How do they know if what they are selling is real without testing? How can they buy without testing? Looks nice, but no thank you.

I went there on a Saturday and the sign said open until 2 and it states online. I was there at 1pm all locked up. Bas service to falsify hours if you ask me!

I tried to get help from Amanda the Manager I sent a picture of a $100 bill to find out if it was a misprint I called over the course of 4 days with her saying she was too busy to look at a picture and give an opinion she said she would in the morning then at the end of the day but she never did horrible management I wouldn’t do business there unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter

Showed up before the closing time and wasn't allowed in and wasn't given an kind of explanation as to why or even someone coming out to say "Hey we love you supporting our business but please come back tomorrow and we'd be more than welcome to help you then" might as well cancel my layaway I was going to pay off today :/
