Rude employees! Just left here and decided not to buy anything after I overheard the employees talking trash about customers. Store closing at 930 not 11 like it’s listed on Google. Door person told the customer they were closing the register in12 minutes (930) The customer was nice and said oh okay I’m just going to look right here real quick. Customer asked if they knew that Google said they close at 11. As soon as the customer turned a corner the door person starts talking trash loudly to the cashier and some other person who didn’t look like an employee but a friend just hanging out. Customer obviously overheard and left the store in tears. When did this Burlington get so ghetto and rude? Watching a customer get harassed like that was disgusting. I’ll avoid this location in the future.

Terrible manager. Very aggressive. Unwelcoming. Zero communication skills. Talking bad on customers standing with her back turned to them while mumbling under her breath. We were there for clothes for school. A Burlington with a none functioning fitting room. Had my boy try on some shirts in the isle for the most part we were putting them back on the already very unorganized racks. There may have been a few missed I take my accountability on that. Instead of just approaching me and asking I better put them back on hangers, the store manager approached with her loss prevention “muscle” who just stares at you with arms crossed and sunglasses on in the store at 9 pm as the manager proceeds to start bad talking the organization skills of a 13 year old boy. I will never return overall it was the 3rd Burlington visited within last 48 hours and there are far better, cleaner and way more professional Burlingtons in the valley to choose from. My advice would be any one of them but this one.

Who ever is in charge of this store please check how poorly the store is being run!!!!! I went in yesterday because it says you close at 11, there was an employee outsides smoking a cigarette advising about 3 customers that it is close at 9:30pm ???. Please update your new hours!! The store itself needs a deep clean, I like shopping here but not if it's dirty. :/

I went to return clothes that I have not worn, because they ended up being not needed for a job. I had 3 items on the receipt and in the bag. The supervisor was the one doing the return, she legit looked at the receipt without scanning it and shook her head and said, these don't line up. I said, they sure do, why don't you scan it and see? She shook her head again. I asked if she was calling me a liar? Because it sure felt that way. She then started to raise HER voice saying she didn't insinuate it, when it was clearly there. I asked her to talk calmly because I at no point raised my voice. This lady PUSHED the return back to me and said, I don't need to do this. I was beyond confused as I said, I'm not the one getting mad here? You just were saying I was a liar and I don't appreciate that. She continued to be loud as I asked her to be calm. Seems like it was the opposite. I left instead of getting what I needed. I don't tolerate disrespect. Especially from a "supervisor", maybe she should supervise her attitude.

Wanted to go shopping at my local Burlington but I cannot believe what my eyes witnessed. As I walked in every aisle there was mess after mess, broken glass, piles of clothes on the floor, shoes everywhere! Absolutely repulsive, never coming here again.

They always have pretty good stuff. 3 stars because they need to update their hours. Hours are never consistent. On Google, it says they’re open until 11 pm. Friday and Saturday until 12. Then I get there at 9:30 (on a Saturday) and they’ve already closed. But on the door it says open until 10. Very inconsistent and inconvenient to customers.

This place has some okay clothes but the store was a disaster and looked like a second hand store. The line to check out was long mostly because they had no staff and the staff they had were slower than any I had ever seen before. We had 15 people a head of us and it was a 35 minute wait to pay for my stuff. The store is hot and smells bad. The store is in disarray and products are not in any sort of order. Clothes are all over the floor

I do not recommend this location. This location is gross. It's dirty and very unorganized. Instead of cleaning up the store, more product is being shoved wherever it will fit. Checking out was ridiculous. I'm a patient person and I was getting frustrated with the single cashier who took her time and her chit chatting caused her to go slower. We finally said something before she called someone else. The fitting rooms were closed in the back and had a 2 stall fitting room at the front that was disgusting from not only merchandise being throw all over the floor, but the floor itself was dirty. Won't be back to this location.

Huge discount store that carries a lot of stuff for men, women, kids and pets. They also have items you need for your house or office and they have snacks too. It's kind of hit and miss for sometimes you'll find really good stuff and sometimes you won't. Check-out counters can sometimes be slow. Sufficient parking spaces for all shoppers in front of the store.

The clothing selection isn't as diverse as some of the other Burlington store. But the baby section is much bigger and and more inclusive than even some box stores. The store could use some help with cleanup after shoppers come through. Staffing seems to be an issue at many places.

I have found so many great clothing buys here. They do have the bigger sizes so you don’t need to go to the big and tall stores. Very happy to find these stores again.

They close at 10pm in Murray, UT . Call other stores for correct closing times

nothing against employees. but lack of respect for customers. every time I go to this store the lines are huge and there are only two cashiers working. I lost 1 hour in line today.

**UPDATE: After the experience described below, where the store was closed during posted hours, even though I could see employees inside, I called to express my frustration with this happening repeatedly. Someone answered claiming to be"security" (doubtful as she said "I had to close early because too many people called out") and HUNG UP ON ME mid-sentence! I was frustrated but calm, such a response was completely uncalled for. This "security" person refused to give her name. I will be calling to report this unacceptable behavior.** Stopped here at least 3 times on my way back into town, when according to Google, or even their own hours posted at the entry this time, they should be open. Yet they're closed. If you're not going to honor the hours at the front of the store, don't even bother posting any. And speaking of don't bother - don't bother gong to this location. They'll probably be closed, even if they say they're open.

Found some cool shirts here but they were out of my budget range

They are like Ross or TJ Maxx. They had some good shtuff... For most areas of the home and body... So I will be going back. You should go check it. I think back to school has everyone's inventory a lil down but they still had a bunch of good sheeeit.... Glad I stopped to check it out.

The store was kinda messy.. sales associates were no help... there shoes looked as if they were used and have been worn already, the soles were dirty! The manager said it's because people tried them on. If that's the case, the store is a dirty store with dirty floors! Look at the picture I provided.. them are the actual shoes they are selling! Used shoes... lol...

We love Burlington, but they definitely need more people working. Two cashiers is not the business on a busy Saturday afternoon. We spent the better part of our time just waiting to be checked out.

This Burlington is kinda run down and dingy. Needs to be updated, but it had exactly what I was looking for at good prices. The line moved quick also, unlike the store I usually frequent in Orem.

Always good bargains to be found here. Always enjoy bargain hunting their racks. A good portion of my wardrobe has been bought here. Most of the employees leave a lot to be desired. Mostly no people nor customer service skills whatsoever. The selection and prices aren’t what they used to be. But that’s how it is everywhere. Think the Nike dhoes they sell might not be genuine.

Okay, I understand that this is a discount type store. But just because it's a discount store does not mean you should have products all over the (filthy) floors. At least half the store is also partitioned off, so it feels a bit like you're shopping during the last days of a place going out of business. I used to come here to find great coats at affordable prices, but now they don't even have coats. So weird, so dirty. If you are looking for a discount store, Marshall's and Ross are a block down the road.

This is the most dirty store I have ever seen. You couldn’t walk down isles because of all the merchandise on the floor. Toys,shoes clothes and numerous other stuff. I have shopped at this store for years. Today I walked in and tried to walk around but turned and walked out. I will never go back.

Could you correct your hours please. This is the second time we come there at 8pm and it was closed. And by the way if don't give us some specials or deals, why your cashiers are asking all the time our phone number?

Super cute clothes and shoes, and coats for a killer deal. Spent way more money than i wanted to, but left with a ton of stuff! I ansolutely love my new Michael Kors coat!

Store has lots of choices. It did close early at 9, which they are usually open til 11. My daughter did walk through the store and got a pin( those pins that are connected to the security tags in shirt) went through the bottom of her shoe into her foot. We had to pull it out and it wasn't fun. I told the front cashier about it and she just said thanks for giving them the pin and threw it away. Nothing else. Not a super great experience but I love burlington so I'll be back, just will be extra careful of what's on the ground....
