I’m not the one to complain but I hope this gets to this McDonald’s management so they can train their employees better. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. And I’ve tried them again and again hoping they would be better the next time. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. And if you forget to ask for fresh French fries, they’ll serve you stale fries every single time! Employees need better coaching and management.

Drive thru is always terribly slow. Missing items. My food was COLD. Unmelted cheese on the burgers even though I just waited 15 minutes. Employees that make it incredibly obvious they don’t care about their jobs one single bit. Bad attitudes. No apology for missing items/ sauces and he took his sweet time getting them. Unprofessional. Agree with the other reviews, this place needs better management. Awful

There’s not one time that I can go to this Mcdonald’s and get fresh food or my order correct . I tried to give them benefit of doubt because I used to work there and know how it can be , but there’s not ONE time my order was placed and handed to me fresh or with the the order correct , I can literally tell that they are dropping old fries back into the fryer just to make them hot which makes the fries super hard . It’s upsetting that the workers are being this careless with peoples money .

Drove through 45 minutes before closing. Ordered a filet of fish, chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwiches, and three orders of fries. All of the food was cold and stale, but especially the over priced filet of fish. Rock hard, with the texture of a cooked kitchen sponge.

Ordered 4 peice chicken nuggets happy meal for my granddaughter only got 3 nuggets no fries. guy in drive thru was to busy with ear pods on and not carrying bout customers hate that one on los Alamos location

This McDonald’s is awesome! Special shout out to Omar who was the only one attentive to the front counter. Usually when I am at the counter I wait a long time at other locations. This employee goes the extra mile for his customers and I noticed is very fast paced when working! Restaurant is clean and welcoming!

Shout out to my bf who always makes my meals fresh. Night crew always great. I may or may not be writing this out of love for their cookies and cream pies. Employees seem so happy to work there, everyone has a smile and I've never had any issues as someone who doesn't speak english well. Always recommend.

They work the best they can. Service quality is determined by WHO happens to be on shift at the time of your visit. Sometimes, we get awesome crews. Sometimes, we practice patience and just move on. I still give them the vote of confidence.
