    Happily surprised that the gas lines weren't a mile long. I was able to get through the line and pump fuel in less than 6 minutes. It usually takes nearly 30 minutes. Was able to save a few bucks with gas price discount compared to other gas stations. I'll just have to remember to go again on a Tuesday at 5pm ;) The extra plus was that I was able to conveniently get my car windshield rock chips fixed in the Sam's parking lot right afterwards and it took less than 15 minutes!

    I see why membership are being discounted. This place uses bait and switch advertising. They are advertising $5.00 off rack of lamb but they have the signs in front of the lamb shank and the leg of lamb. There is an entire case of lamb shanks where the $5.00 sign is. The manager says I could give it to you if the sign were directly in front of the lamb shanks. I showed her the photo where it is directly in front of the lamb shanks. She walked to the back and then refused to come back and speak to me. I now have to stand in line at member services to get a manager to refund my membership that I just purchased today. I had to stand in line for about 25 minutes to get the card with my severely disabled son. Now again in the same line for a refund. So very frustrating that a national chain like Sam's club cheats the little guy. Truly wish there were an option to give negative stars.

    Waited in line for 1 hour to get a membership and still had 3 people in front off me. Took them 20 min per person to sign up. The manager didn’t help and just watched. I paid for the membership online while waiting in line and it charged me twice then said I need to contact member service. Horrible service

    Did pick up for the first time and it took 45 minutes for 4 items that I ordered yesterday, they had one guy on during rush hour! Poor thing was going as fast as he could but all the spots were full! Management needs to better staff this place and not run their employees ragged ! Josh was super kind and professional!

    Just spent almost $200 here which is a small trip for us and the lady at the exit door Michelle was very RUDE to my family and myself. She literally checked EVERY SINGLE item in our cart which is unusual. I’ve never had someone check every item. Also was making facial expressions like she was annoyed while checking the receipts making us CUSTOMERS feel very unwelcomed! People like Michelle belong in the back of house with that kind of poor attitude and poor customer service! This is why I love my Costco membership. Better quality services and always make you feel welcomed with smiles!

    Lot of parking. Very busy store. They have almost everything. Gas prices also very cheap same a costo. Overall very good experience.

    Sam's Club was a Great store to shop n chose so many different items. I went with a friend we both had a great time n bought lots of Goodies. The workers there were kind n helpful. I look forward for the next time.

    Finally got a Sam's club membership after being consistently disappointed with Costco's selection. Sam's Club has a lot more of the items I need which was the main reason for my switch. Not sure if it's the layout of this Sam's Club store or what but it seems to be much less hectic and less crowded than Costco. The employees are friendly and helpful and I absolutely LOVE using the scan and go feature in the app so I don't have to wait in line to check out! Overall good experience.

    Great store, well maintained, and love to use the Scan and Go in the app! Makes shopping so convenient. Also, we love the addition of the Scan & Go for the Cafe. Sometimes, it can save time. Employees are always very nice and helpful

    Very nice place. The customer service is very friendly. Lots to choose from and the membership is pretty reasonable. Please keep adding more organic options! :) Aisles are nice and big and I love the scan and go!

    Purchasing and general staff members are kind. But god forbidden you need to make an exchange for a purchased product that same day. Customer service lead was rude. Question whether they even carried that product, despite having the receipt of the exact product. Then making another coworker escort us to make sure we got the right one. Meanwhile speaking behind our backs and giving us dirty looks. Poor girl that walked with us apologized for what the other one had done. The visit for exchange lasted a 5 minutes. Make sure you have don’t need to return or exchange anything you’ll be fine.

    The store has great options but really need to increase their staff at the return/membership desk. I’ve visited it a couple of times, non seasonal periods and the desk is manned with one, sometimes two employees. This is the reason I opt for the competition a large percentage of the time.

    Wide variety of bulk products at reasonable prices. Clean store with good customer service and a gas station. Loved the grocery selection, the well stocked pharmacy, and “scan & go” app. Definitely a good place to shop for most of your home needs. Their pharmacy was offering both the flue shot and the new CoVID vaccine booster. Talk about having all options under one roof.

    I was debating to renew my card as I don't use it as often as Costco and have had severalbad experiences there . I get an email saying my husband card got charged for the renewal when I don't have his card or any card on file.when speaking with a representative he stated that they use the last card used in store purchase to charge the card. Which mean that is FRAUD using a card that I did not approve to be charge for the renewal. I immediately had them stop the payment and wish I knew where to file a complaint or even a report. This can't be completely legal for them to just pull your card information for the convenience.

    Just love the scan and go. I shop scan as I go and can watch what I spend. Best way to price check if needed. Best part, if I don't buy any alcohol I can pay and head out the door. No waiting in long register lines

    I went shopping in store before a curbside pick up and had a good experience inside the store. The shortcoming or lack of service was at curbside pickup. I pchecked in a spot at 9:08am and the app said it would take 5-10 minutes. It actually took 32 minutes to get my order and unfortunately there was only one associate dispensing orders. I called to speak to a manager just to inform them that there was only one person working the actual delivery aspect and that all spots were full and people did not seem happy about the wait. I let the gentleman know that there was only 1 person dropping off to the pickup locations and he rudely informed me that there were 2 associates working one was inside and the other delivering to customers. The poor girls was working hard and said they usually run with one associate. Seems you may want to have a flex person for high volume times or let us know what the wait time will truly be when we check in.

    I LOVE IT! My son got me a membership and omg I had to make myself leave the store. I like it better than costco cuz its not as big and you can navigate easier. But the prices were great and the selection for what I need is great! Check it out!! These here were between 4 n 7 bucks. Thats great prices for the sizes, especially the turmeric, it was less than 4 bucks! You cant get lamb chops for this price for that many ANYWHERE ELSE!

    If you’re a truck driver get ready to wait and I mean hours this place is not worth your time especially if you’re not getting paid hourly. None of the staff have any idea what they’re doing they have you sitting waiting in the receiving office for over 2 hours without any updates. Then you ask for help and they simply say oh let me radio over to the person in charge and no one comes. If you’re an owner operator do not come to this place complete waste of time. Also, will delay you getting to other shipments you may have scheduled detention isn’t even worth time these days. Lack of care

    Comparable to Costco! They have a few more things that Costco doesn't though, like a huge box of international delight creamers, milo, and icees. That being said Costco's bakery section is superior. Still enjoyed my visit!

    Selection is pretty good, while a lot of it is the Walmart brand. Gas prices are good, often a few cents less than Costco. One downside is I received a gift from here (it's their brand, so pretty obvious), and being that we travel full time and it was something we do not need, I tried to return it. While policy states that if returning a gift w/o receipt and not on your memebership, they will "do their best to make it right", we were told that without a receipt and the member number, no returns would be accepted. It was only a $20 item, and we didn't pay for it, so no loss, but simple policies are big deals for us. With that, we'll let this membership run its course, and just go back to only paying for the Costco membership, where policies are much more member friendly.

    Cheaper gas, they gave me a free membership essentially if I bought it for $45 they gave me a free $45 gift card. Not as good as Costco in my opinion but I will take free. Especially consisting they won't let me in until 10 AM. The geezers want to shop alone from 8 to 10 and can afford to pay for am upgraded membership just to have the privilege of shopping during normal business hours, ie reason d'etra for knowing off a star. It's a dumb strategy for the future and I guarantee it Millenials won't pay for the privilege to shop here during normal business hours. Amazon will deliver to my door and we don't have giant families to need huge bulk food. I just go to the grocery. Would give 2 stars if it weren't for gas prices in Cali. Everywhere else it's only slightly better, here I socialist land its a relative bargain.

    Purchased an item the did not ha e ,however had ticket on the sales floor. Then had ro go back wait in customer service line with 9 members ahead of me . Then when leaving, they didn't let us leave threw the door that was closest with my 75 uear mother I. We had to walk around to the Orther side. I just got our membership today too. So first day experience was very poor.☹️

    Tire center is frustrating to reach. Either in person or on the phone it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a hold of anyone. Otherwise great store. Love the scan and go option.

    Just bought a Sam’s club membership and have been too busy to get there to shop in person before it closes, so I ordered for delivery online as my very first order. The day it was supposed to arrive it did not and I didn’t get an email or notice stating that it would be delayed or cancelled. I went on the chat feature and thought I had resolved it only to not receive my order the next day. I went on chat again and the rep told me that my order was cancelled with no reason documented and again no notification to me. I am very much upset about that.

    This Sam's Club is great when shopping in the morning on a weekday. Won't go near it on the Weekend. Anyway, the store seems to be well stocked & the employees are always helpful. Their price on bottled water is ridiculously expensive, won't be buying it from here anymore.
