    Scheduling with them is terrible! I’ve had two STAT orders and they have scheduled me a week later. After my doctors office calls them they happen to find an appointment sooner within the next day or two. Only for them to call me the morning of at 10:20am to see if I can come in at 10:40am (my original appointment was later in the afternoon) and really that was my only option. The tech was going to leave early. I tell them I can try to make it by 11 and the girl on the phone says ok. We get there at 11:10 due to traffic and the girl tries to tell me they cancelled my appointment. She ends up asking the tech if they will take us and the tech agreed to do the STAT CT that they rescheduled us at the last minute. Moving forward I needed to schedule a STAT MRI and again a BIG headache. I called 3 times and had to jump through all their hoops to schedule an appointment. The girl is asking me who’s my doctor, whats their number, what’s it for, etc. I say you have the orders isn’t all this info on that? Long story short again here I am with an appointment a week out and it is a STAT order. If I didn’t have to use this Imaging place I would not but unfortunately this is where insurance is for.

    Very pleased with service appts were taken on time and very efficient. Customer service was prompt and professional. Liked having a. Sunday appt. Using online service to fill out paperwork fantastic only showing ID made it a simple transaction that was also easy., no tension in last minute to fill out in office was very relaxed while waiting. Atmosphere was calm, reception was welcomed by all employees.

    Reception was very nice. However, I am answering on behalf of my 82 year old aunt who had an MRI…we waited for over an hour past her scheduled appointment time before going back. It was a very difficult experience for her and the technician could have helped prepare her a bit more. I had to ask him to explain to her what to expect. Other than that , the young girl helping us was very pleasant.

    Great receptionist waited on me. She was the one sitting farthest from entry. She was extremely professional and happy to explain the Breeze beverage to help me prep. The X-ray tech was upbeat and professional too. The facility was clean and well maintained too. Easy parking and easy to find.

    The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I arrived early and they helped me almost immediately. The MRI was made easy by the technician and it was over before I knew it. I recommend this facility to everyone who wants to feel like they are important and more than a dollar bill wandering through. Great appointment!!!

    The nicest people work in this office. Front desk lady (didn't notice her name), was helpful and nice to everyone who walked in. The three ladies who assisted in injecting the dye (didn't notice names) were also very nice and caring. The MRI lady was also very nice, even though I feel MRI's are some kind of torture device I hope I never have to go through again. 100% recommend this office

    Very disappointed! Came in today for an ultrasound and CT scan. I confirmed twice that I was supposed to fast for 4hrs only. They rescheduled my ultrasound due to their negligence of not telling me I was supposed to fast for 6-8hrs. Now I have to wait 20 more days to have my ultrasound done. I’m currently nursing my 9month baby and fasting affects my milk supply. I wished they would be more professional and let me know ahead of time so that I don’t have to be fasting twice affecting my milk supply as well as paying for a baby sitter and has multiple times.

    The staff were good and seemed genuinely caring. The scheduling call center is horrible. They are difficult to understand and I get out on hold or disconnected on a regular basis. Recently I was scheduled for what the told me was the Temecula office, luckily I get there early, it was actually the Murrieta office. Both feet were supported to be scanned, they only scheduled one, forcing me to schedule an additional appointment causing me to miss more work. This was all after my appointment the previous day was canceled. It took weeks and having doctors office call directly to even get that appointment. Something needs to be done about the call center!!!

    We called because we were running late. They were very accommodating and helped us finish our procedure even though we were 15 minutes late to our appointment. The technician was very polite and friendly and put my daughter right at ease.

    Friendliest and most caring staff. I’ve had nothing but great experiences despite the circumstances of having to get numerous things done that normally cause anxiety or panic attacks. As long as you communicate honestly then you’re in great hands. Would recommend going there over any other location.

    Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Clean facilities and their STAT hours allowed for me to schedule an appointment quickly. I checked in at the time they instructed me to (20 mins prior to my appointment time).and they took me back right on time . My technician was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. They put me at ease about a test I was nervous about conducting. I would gladly recommend their services.

    I had an appt for MRI in one of the facilities but the camera didn’t work properly. They were able to move me to their other facility in flying color. With all the issues & moving, I was done in 2 hours! Thank you so much for the great service! It’s very much appreciated!

    Negative stars is what I would give this company. I was given the run around for months. I was actually called by TVI to schedule an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment at the San Jacinto location, I was told that my doctor submitted the authorization to the wrong insurance company for approval, after arguing with the rep, i was told the authorization expired, after explaining that was not possible, i was told i had already used the order. Gas was over $5.50 a gallon at this time and I was furious. I called and left a message for the office manager who never returned my call. I was called two weeks later again to schedule this appointment. I asked the rep to make sure there was a valid, current authorization before I wasted more time and gas going to another appointment. I showed up to the second appointment where I had to drive 45 minutes to get to and literally the same thing... your authorization has expired. I called and called to get a supervisor and days went past with no return call. I ended up getting hospitalized and numerous other tests were being ordered. I got copies of the orders and authorization from the doctor, I called to make the appointments and a appointment scheduler took it upon herself to call my doctor to advise her of the test I should be getting. Now I'm on the phone explaining my medical issues to a freaking scheduler just to get a freaking appointment. This took hours of going back and forth with a non-doctor. I finally got a chance to speak with a supervisor. I explained my frustration. I should be able to make an appointment without having a scheduler question me or my doctor's order. I shouldn't have to explain why I'm not having certain test done to a scheduler. After days of this I finally was scheduled for the tests/images. I had the last of 5 imaging appointments 12/1/2023 where the office staff tried to get me to sign forms for images I was not having. During the actual imaging appointment, I was told by the technician that my breathing was causing too much movement and I needed to take shallow breaths. I'm not going to be stuffed inside this machine sipping on air. This company is the worst. How they got a monopoly on the imaging market is criminal. They don't have competent staff and they treat patients horrible. They wasted so much of my time and money driving around trying hard to get the necessary images for my doctor to make a proper diagnosis. Getting access to health care should not be this hard. All the barriers that this company put in my path makes no sense at all. So I would actually give negative stars -5 would be what I would give this company.

    The technician was very nice, but someone got on my bad side. I was taking a few minutes because I don't do well in tight places. A lady came in , she made me feel like I was being rushed. The technician said they were triple booked. Why is that my problem. Again the technician was very nice. Would have been 5 stars if not for that lady.

    I am super claustrophobic and your staff did a great job making me feel as comfortable as possible. This is my third attempt to get an MRI and I’m happy to say this time it was a success. Thank you TVAI!

    First I want to thank Sandra, for expediting my appointment 🙏. Next I want thank Jim my technician for performing my pet scan. He was excellent from beginning to end.     Nice and clean facility. People were friendly and professional. My only suggestion, based on a previous experience just days before, is that staff introduce themselves and better explain the process to the patient. This will help alleviate the anxiety felt by the procedure.

    Went to get Chest CT today, Sunday checked in @ 12 for 12:30pm appointment. Gal at front desk was polite, professional and friendly as was the CT technician. Great patient care, polite, professional, friendly and timely.

    Took us early, with a smile! Handed me our CT Scan disk without asking. Walked my husband out rather than showing him the direction of the door. How nice to be treated with politeness.

    The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had no idea that I would be basically radioactive for 12 hours after! My daughter was my ride. She's not afraid of much but radioactivity is one of her fears. So I sat in the back seat of her car. I think that it would be good to let people know. Everyone was very nice. And George made me very comfortable.

    Timely, efficient, superbly clean facility and technical equipment, so I’m very pleased with my visit today. I was in the MRI Tube for 40 straight minutes (2 areas examined), noisy for sure, but most comfortable and felt very secure. My attendant was excellent and did her directions to me were soft and direct!

    First time for an mri. Got called in pretty quickly. The tech showed me to the changing room, then came back for me a few min later. The entire procedure was carefully explained, including any noises to be prepared for. Both techs were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would recommend TVAI to anybody needing this procedure.

    I went in for an MRI on a Friday evening. I was able to do my paperwork online ahead of time which is a great feature. As a result they were on time and everything was flawless. The staff was also great, which is nice considering they are having to work on a Friday night close to a holiday.

    My experience in the Murrieta location was quite pleasant. The wait was about 25 minutes long after I checked in on line. That was the only disappointment but other than that the people were professional and the facility was immaculate. Thank you very much, Bill P.

    The employees were working hard but we're understaffed first thing in the morning. This was not their fault and were doing all they could. This is a management problem. All other aspects were good. Staff was polite, professional and helpful!!! I see this as a management issue and not the individuals who were present. Everything else outstanding!!

    The ladies up front do great work with the patients they are very informative and seem to be pretty happy and in good moods which is a plus cuz they can calm you down which is needed for sure especially when your going through your own personnel issues, that bring the reason your there in the first place. Then there's the ones who take it a little further then bring in good moods and trying to keep you calm these people are the technicians. The great ones who leave you feeling better way better after you are done and walk out of there. So I certainly do appreciate the entire team does at this facility for sure. From the time you walk in to the time you exit their lobby door . Thank you Temecula imaging for being there for me and all the other patients.

    Good experience right from the start. Front office staff friendly and organized. Was called back for procedure at exactly the scheduled time. Medical staff performing procedure were first rate. Each step was explained and I was given assist as needed. Everyone was very personable and totally professional! Very impressed with Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging. Would highly recommend.

    Was immediately and efficiently attended to when I arrived for a PET scan. Was escorted to nuclear medicine right away. The professional technicians expertly applied my injections (no pain) and made me feel comfortable as I waited for the ‘donut.’ They were friendly, personable and knowledgeable at every step. I’m being treated for cancer, so I’m afraid most of the time, but today’s technicians put me at ease and they communicated with me as a person and not as a sick patient. I appreciated today’s staff. Thank you.

    Your medical staff was wonderful. The people who did my test were great. Your front desk not so much. They took a copay even after confirming with their boss that I didn’t have one. The billing department couldn’t help at all either. And I keep getting texts from you even though I have uploaded my information multiple times. I give you 5 stars just for your great staff in the back and only that. Those folks deserve a raise.
