SoCal
has
it
all!
Kickboxing,
HIIT,
Strength
Classes,
Cycle,
Yoga
and
Barre,
all
of
which
are
amazing!
I
was
at
a
different
gym
prior
and
was
nervous
to
make
the
switch.
But
after
the
1st
few
classes,
I
wondered
why
I
hadn't
switched
sooner.
All
of
the
instructors
are
friendly,
encouraging
and
know
the
industry.
Whether
it's
your
1st
class
or
100th
class,
you
will
fit
right
in
and
feel
welcomed.
Another
thing
I
love
is
the
flexible
class
schedule.
You
can
work
out
and
take
a
variety
of
classes
in
the
morning
or
afternoon,
depending
on
your
schedule.
Every
class
is
sooo
fun
and
unique.
I
was
never
a
spin
person
before.
I
used
to
think
it
was
really
boring,
but
not
here!
Spin
is
different
at
Fitness
at
SoCal.
It's
fun,
energetic
and
encouraging.
Every
ride
is
different
and
challenging.
Same
with
yoga,
and
well,
every
class
they
offer.
This
is
a
group
fitness
type
gym
and
you
can't
go
wrong
with
any
of
the
classes
and
instructors.
Fitness
at
SoCal
offers
a
free
3
class
trial
(which
I
took
advantage
of)
and
a
variety
of
membership
options.
