Came to this SB on 8/28/22 at approx. 10am. They couldn't take cash (cannot take bills larger than $20). Wasted my time and electric miles. Very disappointed and rethinking my support for SB. Maybe Pete's coffee is better after all

Caleb, was so helpful. I wanted a non cafienated drink, which never get. The choice was delicious! His advice to take a pick of the side sticker to remember what kind it was for future reference. I'm glad for this advice, since this is now my new favorite drink. Thank you, Caleb.

Waited over 20 minutes for three simple bakery items. Watched people with drinks come and go repeatedly! Disappointed

I ordered one drink and it took me more than 15 minutes of waiting, the customers who were behind me in line even got their drink, and eventually they got me the wrong drink, I order a hot drink but it came out to be a latte🤯

Love coming here to grab a big dragonfruit lemonade refresher on a hot day! I set my laptop up and enjoy the cold AC. Dress warm if you plan on hanging out inside for a bit. Staff is always friendly and upbeat. Bathroom is always clean. And I always seem to score a table to sit at.

The workers are always so nice and the drinks are well-made. I always appreciate the service :)

Person bringing up people decided to ask me to step aside so she could ring up a guy that was picking out coffee and I was at the register waiting And the right thing to do was ring me up first but she didn't All I wanted was a refill on coffee But I think I won't come back to this Starbucks in the morning This happened at 11:20 am

Had a bad experience at the Starbucks on Clinton Keith across from Albertsons on Sunday & the manager at this location took care of me. When I went in the staff was super friendly & apologetic. Today Caesar & Katy were really authentic when they engaged w me. Truly makes a difference. Thank you!

I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but on one too many occasions especially today I’ve had to wait for a coffee that I ordered on the app and please note I don’t just come S as soon as I order my coffee on the app I wait until after they say my coffee will be ready so if my coffee is ready at 6:21 I don’t leave my house until 6:21. Today when I arrive at Starbucks I’m told that they haven’t even started making my cappuccino it should’ve been ready at 6:21 yet I didn’t receive it in my hand until 631 this is a huge inconvenience when working from home as the whole point of me ordering on the app is so that my coffee will be ready and I should only have to pick it up and go, then when I asked why it wasn’t ready she said oh it’s only two of us here as if that’s an actual excuse… ridiculous I will definitely have to visit another Starbucks yes it will be out of my way but may be my coffee will be ready when I arrive after the time it should be

How about putting a sign near the pickup area saying you moved the mobile pickup station at the other side of the store and not make mobile-order people wait for a long time.

Fantastic service! I have been coming here most days as my wife now works from home and I pick up her morning coffee for her. The staff is friendly, fast and recognizes me, which makes the mobile order pickup process that much faster. Thank you to everyone working here in the mornings.

I always tell myself call Starbucks Coffee taste burnt myself myself loves to go to the little hole in the wall coffee shops like roasted iron car stood iron coffee roasters but I but I never have an issue from this establishment

Feeling ripped off. In the last 2 times I've been here, I've notice that my grande drinks have gotten lighter. I opened the lid without taking the first drink and noticed that my drink was filled up to 75%. Ridiculous!
