Disappointed we waited a short wait for our food only to receive less than acceptable chicken strips. They were burnt, and not edible. Please take pride I the food that you send out of your kitchen.

I would have enjoyed my meal better if the restaurant would honor there coupons and not make it up as you go. If two people are in one car in the drive through ordering and have separate orders and their own coupons that should apply for each individual order. Its frustrating that restaurant have a tendency to assume when customers are using coupons they are all together.

Don't bother trying this one, the crews are usually too worried gossiping with each other to even acknowledge a customer is standing there - stood at the counter for 5 minutes this morning amd people kept walking past me, I said good morning, asked if they were opened and they all dutifully avoided eye contact and ignored me. Do better Carl's Jr, such a disappointment.

Very rude lady at 6 am morning shift. I ordered a Meal Deal and asked if it came with Fries and replied so rude. I asked for Dr. Pepper and I got a cup full of Ice and 4 sips of Dr. Pepper.

I really don't know why people eat at these establishments. Never had a good experience, or good tasting food, and they're not even cheap. Complained about my sandwich once, got a free one, but it was pretty much the same awful stuff. Never again.

Jackie was wonderful at CARL’S JR 1105 in MURRIETA. She was helpful, kind and full of smiles with a genuine personality. It was so nice to be greeted like she knew us😁😁

Ok folks. Went in to get a Diablo burger because the picture looked amazing. I upped the pattie to 1/3 lbs. When I got it I thought they made a mistake and gave me a junior burger. Disappointed. The staff said it is 1/3 but I've had plenty of these patties to know this was at best 1/4lbs. And that's stretching it. In addition in the picture it looks like one of the thick monster Carl's Burger. It technically had jalapenos, cheese, poppers,bacon, and bun but not too the picture and price specification. Not worth$10.00. And that was only the burger. Supervisor said that is what it was. Now. The taste was excellent though. Yummy. I'll stick with their regular super stars with smaller parties that are actually huge. Go figure. Somewhere disappointed.

My son and I got 2 western bacon cheeseburgers for their 2 for $10.50 deal. They were fresh, delicious, and hit the spot. So bummed they don't have zucchini anymore!

Out of all the fast food joints. Carl's Jr is the Best. I would rather have a famous star over a burger from in and out.

Went through drive thru for a couple double western bacon meals. It came out exactly the same as last time I had it no changes. Great food/service.

Forgot condiments at the window. AGAIN. Fast food is expensive as hell and yet no where can get your order right or care to give you condiments. Why do I keep trying. Cheaper to eat at chilis and you get a real meal 🥴

I'd like to start by saying that Genevieve and Seth are amazing associates of yours. They should be awarded however you see fit. Now I had a problem with the app and unfortunately there are some malfunctions with it, I will write corporate on those issues but problem solved thanks to the two employees that saved the day , Nathan was pretty good as well. Thank you for a problematic but overall great experience, food was incredible, fresh and tasty, service was phenomenal. Thank you again

Let me tell you my experience at this ,Carl's Jr.(Murrieta,Ca.).I am on vacation ( We don't have one at Tallahassee,Florida) We what'ed to see how this hamburger place was. Walked in, it was Fresh smelling, floors were clean. Walked to the counter ( young clean cut man) gave him my order l didn't realize my order came with a drink ( my fault) . He had total my bill. (Carl's Jr. #1101105 10/11/2022 1:14 p.m. order total sales ( $19.65) . To make a long story short, Miss Norma( Management) HELP her Young training to guide him.( She explained the computer steps to him ). As for the meal we LOVE it ( Chicken). By the way the bathroom looked and smelled Clean.

Typical fast food. Hamburgers were fairly good, although I don't care for the sauce they put on them. The chocolate milkshake was very good-tasty and creamy

I really like Carl's burgers especially since their charbroiled,and this location very clean.

I am a life long fan of Carls, but I walked in today to find their 2 for 6 deal is now 2 for $10...I walked right back out. Went up the street snd had 4 tacos at Jilbertos for $8 instead. Taco Tuesday!

Great friendly service. The staff was efficient and patient. Made two special orders and still got our order quickly. Food was delicious. They offer an amazing lettuce wrap option for those that can't have bread or are low carb eaters. I liked that they have a cool play area outside for the kids. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall great experience.

I was just at Carls Jr. on Cal Oaks. I ordered a sour dough burger. I asked specifically for swiss cheese & no bacon. I was given a burger already made with YELLOW cheese 🧀. I haven't been there in years and this is what I got! So disappointing!! I usually don't write reviews. I will not be returning...

This was my least favorite fast food experience. The chicken strips and fries were either overcooked or cooked in really old oil. The chicken strips had a piece that was not edible and had some sort of connective tissue that was rubbery. My husband ordered two barbecue chicken sandwiches and ended up receiving two barbecue hamburgers. My criss-cut fries tasted more like the top of hash browns instead of a fry. The only thing right was the two large sodas. Teach me to eat fast food.

Drove through the drive thru and got the 2 Western bacon cheeseburgers for $10. I have to say that was the best Western I've ever gotten! I didn't know Carl's could make them that perfect. And the service was nic and friendly.
