The food here is always good when I order, the only issue I have is that at night, you can't tell if the place is open or closed. The area here in general is dark with very few lights in the parking lot, and the only light is the light that emits from their menu signs. They need to add a "Drive Through Open" sign to their window at least. Other than that, the staff here has always been friendly to me and I'll keep coming. Update: 9 months later and I'm glad they (whoever owns the lot) finally added lights to the parking lot. Feels alot safer when you can see your surroundings.

This was our order! We are very disappointed and disgusted with a bite taken out of the sausage inside our sausage egg and cheese biscuit! We order from Carl’s Jr. at 40375 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd, Murrieta CA 92563 on May 5th, 2022 at 9:46am. This is completely wrong and totally against health codes! Who in their right mind would do this! This nation is slowly getting over the pandemic. And then you see this inside your sandwich. Some people wonder how it is spread so quickly and from where. We are appalled at Carl’s Jr. and the standard that are lacking. If I could give zero stars we would!!!!

The staff are rude and unprofessional. I'm disgusted by their behavior and "customer service." I don't think that they even know how to provide customer service and how to be polite. I'll never ever go back to this location.

Seems pointless to make a comment or review on here. I’ve attempted to leave three reviews on here as well as editing the times, because they ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 11. I’ve also told 3 employees that google says 11pm and apparently that didn’t matter. Each time I’ve tried, I’ve had several car either in front of or behind me. Each of us waiting to have our order taken. Restaurant lights are on, menu lights are on. I seriously don’t understand why places with drivethrus don’t have the schedule at the start of the drive thru, instead of on the window you pay at.

At window to pay and was told card not reading. Tried clearing card and employee at window gets mad.. SO I GO ACROSS THE STREET TO WENDYS AND PAYMENT WITH CARD HAD NO ISSUES.! SO EXPLAIN PROBLEM AT YOUR LOCATION??

Over priced for what you receive. Told the girl at the drive she provided the wrong drink and got a dirty look. Avoid it.

13$ for a tiny piece of chicken sandwich… seriously cannot believe it… more cheese than chicken. WTH!

It is my first time coming here and I am very pleased with the service. It's about 9:30pm on a Friday and I'm currently the only one in the dining room. It's slow but they have a little bit of traffic coming in through the drive thru. (They close at 12am on Fridays) First off, I love that they have Icees for a decent price. I was expecting them to be something like 4 dollars so when she said $1.89 I was stoked! Besides all that, what really pushed me to give this Carl's Jr. a five star rating was the cute young blonde female employee that was taking the inside and drive thru orders. She was just the sweetest person with very good customer service skills. I heard her do a few drive thru orders and she was full of energy and was really connecting with the customers and even shared some stories from her personal life to relate to this one customer and the two of them laughed and joked in the drive try window as she handed her her order. She just made everyone that she spoke to feel good, me included, with her niceness. I don't recall her name but she's in one of the photos I'm going to post. Whoever that employee is, she should get a raise! 🤗👍🏻

This is the place I always stop to pick up a Super star without cheese after work. Extra tomato, extra pickle. It's a quiet location, but always open, and generally offers quick service. I have always had a pleasant experience with the many staff people I've interacted with. Highly recommend this location for any and all Carl's fans.

Food tasted terrible in comparison to other locations and the prime rib burger had a laughable two little tiny pieces of shaved meat on top of the burger. The chicken sandwich tasted like a chicken nugget without breading. Is their meat different at different locations? Horrible

Don't get any of the chicken sandwich. I got the chicken club got all the way hone only to have to throw it away because it tasted slimmy and chewing it was like chewing rubber. I called the restaurant to let them know and basically got called a lier. Either way I know why I always stick to the burgers.

This review is only for the drive-thru employee Stephanie. Finally a drive-thru employee that did not rush me to order. Was very kind and patient. Very professional and friendly. She even convinced me to get a cinnamon roll 😆. Even after she gave me my food at the window, she made sure that I did not need anything else. She has a great attitude. All the other drive through employees that I have experience at this location have a very bad attitude and give you a nasty face when you get to the window and rush you to order. No problem with my food either.

The food is good, and the drive thru was quick
