I am a frequent customer of many different Great Clips. Murraysville is one of my favorite locations and my haircut is always cut the exact way that I like it. Tonee was the stylist that cut my hair today and did a fantastic job. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!

I wish you could see the picture of the red, bleeding marks that were left on my son's neck after he got a haircut in this salon. The lady that did the haircut wasn't professional, she doesn't know how to do it the safe for the child way. It's unacceptable.

I was able to walk in, no appointment required. Wonderful customer service and a very clean facility. Got my hair cut just like I wanted. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Tried to make appointment for my daughter to have her hair done before a dance. I was told to register prior to online & I did. When we got there I was told there was not enough time they can only cut her hair. Not wash it or style it. They were too busy.. She then proceeded to cut my daughter's hair without even wetting it. This was completely unprofessional and rushed. I will never give them a dime again. It was my first and last time. She was completely rude and it was completely unacceptable and now I have to pay to have my daughter's hair fixed. My daughter asked for curtain bangs she apparently didn't know what she was doing. She cut in regular bags which is not what she wanted. She obviously didn't understand or care. She had a horrible attitude and rushed Us in and out. if I could give them no stars I would.

I would look elsewhere if you have a child with a special need. My son is autistic and the cut did not go well at all. His haircuts never go well, to be fair, but this location delivered a special kind of insensitive this time around.
