terrible service, the rude staff said it would take more than half an hour before they even take my order.

Food Quality is very good as they are maintaining at their other outlets , but the services are not good , they provide you the wet plates and after asking many times they will provide you some paper napkins so that you can clean the plates, Some of the waiters are very rude etc. In short good food is served with a very poor service

Location and food quality was good Lil bit late during service, Delivery and take away option are closed so you can't order online.

Food quality and taste is good better than domino’s but the service is pathetic. Waited almost for an hour to get my order.

Won't recommend going in, Staff has some problem with people who order drinks. Ordered pizza, lemon mint mojito and garlic bread but staff guy forgot mojito and once we were done he came up with the drink. Also there was no mint in mojito. If that's how they want to handle customers then they should close the outlet. Always chit chatting in corners and forgetting other people drinks as well. No tissue, spoons or water glasses on table as well. Had to ask for everything. AC was turned off and it was hot but no response from the staff regarding AC. I will never go again at such place. Better to for dominos atleast they don't forget your order. If owner really reads this then "Tell staff to attend customers first and chit chat later." Thank You for such useless service.

Their delivery time is 1 hour for the nearest location. The pizza that they delivered wasn't fresh, it was cold as if they had cooked it 5 hours ago

Nice food and restraint as to clean staff is good service

I have ordered the pizza from zomato. The pizza was so oily and even cold, I have never ate such type of oily and bad taste pizza from Pizza Hut in any other city. it’s totally waste of my money. I have raised the concern in zomato for my order but they have asked to reach out to Pizza but directly with the concerns. Hope after seeing my review somebody from Pizza Hut Katni customer service will reach out to me.

Amazing place to spend time in this resturant,, great experience with Mr.Vicky Kumar about service food,,I am enjoying with my family, again be visit soon.
