Taste to food is good. Quantity of food is also good. If you order anything, that will be Sufficient for 2-3 people. Only one thing which is not good is their utensils. Utensils they give you to eat food are not of good quality.

This place is good, clean and justify it's price. Taste of food is also okay atleast give its value what you spend. This place is Paradise for those customers which 0refer to their own liquor and wanted to enjoy restaurant quality food. All in all giving 4 stars considering the value for money offerings which they have.

waiter behaviour is too bad with customers. they are charging too much on bills.....18% gst.......that is totally unfair.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The party room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday . Food was so amazing.

Very Good Place in Town .. clean and hygenic foods. services and rate also very good ..overall everythings is perfact best hotel in Mukerian from starting to till now .. i strongly recommend to all if wann eat outside the SHAHNAI hotel is the best place for thats .. and also available family hall .. have a nice day to all

Food quality, taste was not good. Management please maintain the hygiene and also accept the payments through cards OR online transfer.
