I regularly get my bikini waxes here and every time I all the ladies friendly. professional, clean and thorough. Nice wax, easy to book. Had gel nails done once too and toes lasted ages.

Posting on behalf of my mother: Had the most terrible experience at a popular Spa in Sarooj today. Booked for a 45 min service for a pedicure. It took 2 hrs as the lady doing it was inexperienced. It started with soaking feet in normal room temp water. I insisted that warm water be added. Both my big toes were bleeding after cuticle removal. The nail polish was put then removed again leading to burning in the toes nails which were already tender n red. Realising the gravity of the situation the girl just said sorry and vanished, leaving me to remove the buffers from the toes, wipe my feet as there was a pool of water left uncleaned. I had to put my own sanitizer on the bleeding toes to protect myself from getting any infection and rushed home to apply antibiotic cream. The reception staff was apologetic and promised that someone from Management would call soon. But I still have to hear from them. Will never recommend this place, which earlier used to be one of my favorites.

It is a very nice and chic spa. It is located in Qurum. A very convenient place. Just on top of The Fair supermarket. I went twice already for deep tissue massage. It was amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. The price is 37 OMR for 1.5 hours. The staff are very nice and friendly. I am definitely going back in the near future.

The best place to treat myself. I've been coming here since 2009 (14 years). I've tried different treatments and services. I loved them all. The place is very relaxing, quiet, clean, and luxurious and the staff is extremely friendly. It was my first place to go to after coming back from a long journey.

This was once my favourite spa. Since the former staff left it's not recommended to go there anymore. The last experience was horrible. The person had no idea how to do a proper waxing. Instead of removing the wax strip in one quick motion, she kept toring it in all directions. When I complained I received a rude response. Only a day after the torture my skin started itching. The torture hadn't ended yet. I caught myself a fungal skin infection there! Never again!!!

I went for deep tissue massage and head massage today, was the worst massage I have ever done. Very disappointed.

Been going to ayana spa since 2004 never failed giving me a positive experience.. if u need to unwind and pamper your self it's the place to go

I had a nimue facial at ayana spa, for oili acne prone skin. The staff is friendly and welcoming and i loved the treatment that i had i felt my skin is fresh and clean, also i forgot my necklace out there and i informed them, they kept is in an envelope for me to collect. I love the place and will be back again inshallah

Yesterday I had the worst massage ever in my entire life. Actually she has no massage experience at all. I figured out that every staff in this place is doing everything (massage, hamam, wax, threading, facial, padi and mani)!!!!overall they don’t have specialist person.
