The
worst
customer
service
ever.
When
I
called
on
their
mobile
number
a
staff
from
Al
khoud
branch
answered
and
said
that
they
have
ramdan
offer
and
that
I
can
use
the
qurum
branch
since
I
live
in
AL
qurum
but
I
will
have
to
transfer
the
money
to
al
khoud
branch
which
I
did.
The
next
day
when
I
went
to
Al
Qurum
branch
they
were
not
informed
and
the
receptionist
made
me
wait
and
she
confirmed
with
the
staff
at
Al
khoud
and
I
was
allowed
to
use
the
facility.
The
next
day
when
I
went
back
the
same
receptionist
told
me
that
she
has
to
confirm
with
the
management
if
I
am
allowed
to
use
the
gym
and
again
made
me
wait.
I
told
her
to
inform
me
later
with
sms
what
is
their
decision.
The
other
staff
then
contacted
me
to
tell
me
that
their
management
just
sent
memo
that
says
that
the
offer
is
no
longer
valid!!!
And
instead
of
apologizing
for
embarrassing
me
and
putting
me
through
all
this
they
asked
me
to
pay
more
if
I
want
to
go
back
to
their
gym.
And
on
top
of
all
that
the
management
never
contacted
me
neither
they
apologized.
