Very nice cinema with more than 10 screens. To enter the mall (and if course cinema) it is required to be vaccinated, which is wonderful measure. Unfortunately for Vox, few clients at this time, but for people is good to do not have a full rooms.

Good overall experience. The seats 💺 are comfy at both premium and regular seating. The tickets and snacks counters are very slow so plan to get your snacks early and prepare to pay more than the cost of the tickets🎟.

I was a bit worried because we were the first show for the day. But with half an hour to show time, they had food ready and even laid out the nachos in advance which was nice to see. Only one counter open which could be disastrous if it was busy. We tried the kids theatre which, I will say we probably wouldn’t do again. First thing the screen is low. Which gives the kids free reign to run in front of the projector to check out their shadow on the big screen. And believe me, this is the theatre where the unruly kids go. But the theatre itself is actually nice and intimate with lounge like chairs in the front row (only). It’s just the crowd it will draw. The other thing I didn’t care for is that the movie doesn’t fit the screen. The top of everyone’s heads is chopped off. Which got really annoying after a while. Boo.

Excellent facilities, great food and friendly staff. Ordering food online and picking it up before the movie starts is so easy now.

Updated: (The Gold Class) I cannot pin how this can be better organized during premiere days, but it definitely needs to be. The cinema itself (especially this one), is actually the best branch in my opinion. The projector resolution, and the sound system in the IMAX theater in particular is incredible. When you opt for the higher-end seats, they are fairly comfortable, but with movies spanning over 2 hours (and some even going up to 4 hours), it may actually be time for the cinema to introduce an intermission interval during their screenings. The snacks. When I say we bought a lot of snacks, I genuinely mean, we bought A LOT of snacks! Chicken popcorn, nachos with cheese, masala fries, mozzarella sticks, caramel/cheese popcorn, and Pepsi as a refreshment. Now let me tell you how many of those were actually good, just two! The nachos (only because the cheese was amazing), and the popcorn (which I finished the next day before writing this review, and was still fresh). The masala fries were bland and in desperate need of at least some condiments on the side, the chicken popcorn seemed a little dated/old, and the mozzarella sticks were also quite stale (You do get some BBQ sauce with the sticks, but the amount you get is extremely stingy). Good snacks are considered the hallmark of any great cinema, so I sincerely hope they rectify these issues soon. The Gold Class. I was hoping to separate the Gold Class experience review from the regular plazas, but unfortunately could not add or find a pinned flag for just the Gold Class. I am genuinely shocked by how uncomfortable the reclining seats are in these "higher tier plazas". There's a very odd inflated lumbar support that really pushes your body away from the backrest. You start to spend a lot of your time trying to remold your body to the awkward shape of the seat, and for the 3 hour movie we watched that day, it was no easy feat. In addition, the reclining feature is to put it simply, dumb! Your choices are upright, awkwardly laying down, or sleeping. Why??? Why can't I just lift my feet up without the backrest reclining as well? I honestly thought I was using it wrong till I confirmed with the person I was with. Plus, the sound the seat makes when it is reclining is INSANELY loud, and disturbing. There was definitely a point when it felt like the audience was competing to see who could make the most noise with just their seats' reclining mechanisms. We also had a unique incident where the lights came on during the movie for no reason. Gave us a bit of a scare, because from previous experience at another cinema, we were forced to evacuate the cinema for emergency reasons, and the first thing that happened in that situation was that the lights came on. The Gold Class service and food. So, the food menu and ordering system begins by you scanning the QR code on your armrest, which basically links your order to your seat... in theory. What ended up happening was, we had one of the servers (One of whom was VERY nice by the way) come over to us during the film, and going through the details of our ENTIRE order again. Needless to say, the last thing you want when watching a movie is to be disturbed for what felt like an eternity trying to not just confirm, but also reorder an item that was unavailable. Also z for some odd reason, during our first course being served, the waitress started to demand the money for the bill. Having used the Gold Class venues of the past in other branches, I recall them requesting payment during the last 15 or so minutes of the movie. This small hiccup was also slightly annoying. The food itself. The duck wrap I was hoping to try was not available, which I've been told by friends and family is their best item on the menu. I ordered the king prawns, which was DELICIOUS! The peanut sauce is incredible, but the prawns, and other snacks (e.g. Popcorn and nachos) are fairly expensive in this class. Be sure to be ready for a bill that matches the word "Gold", in this very mid experience.

aside from the unbelievably high prices on food and tickets, the place is nice, comfortable and well built, if you want to watch a movie but don't feel like downloading it in a computer to watch at home and be comfortable then this cinema is the next best thing, in fact, it's almost the only option aside from the one in avenues mall.

I went to watch Oppenheimer here with great expectations as I’m watching in imax for the first time, but was ruined with the blurry video quality; most probably due to improper projection. Spending huge amount of money and time to get blurry experience is just the worst. I hope they do get it right next time. I thought it might be just because it was Oppenheimer, but when I saw the subtitles also being blurry I knew that wasn’t the case.

No matter how good the ambience is, Worse service and least bothered staff. Tasteless popcorn. Had a terrible experience. Long queues. Missed the starting of the movie and some parts during the interval due to staff negligence waiting in the queues. This issue was addressed to the Manager, who smiled sarcastically, ignored and just left from the place! Theatre Management needs to take this up more seriously!

Our two oldest boys and I caught an IMAX version of a movie. We were able to book seats in the middle of the theater online, and start our food order while en route. Sound and screen were good, so was 3D. Theater was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a unique experience for me, as it was my first time entering a cinemahall, but I was enjoying watching the Egyptian movie shown The place was dazzling and beautiful, but ticket prices were high for watching movies, and other sales were also expensive Thank you for the cinema management for the nice organization, but they should lower prices a little just a suggestion

The back theaters are very small. Can't accommodate during holidays. The front seats hsould be removed because they cause headaches. We came to have a good time. Not for punishment.

This is the hugest IMAX I've been in. Makes all the screens in the States and in India seem puny by comparison. Can't watch anything in IMAX elsewhere now. Ugh.

It's nice place to visit because they have 5 types of cinemas. They have gold cinema that can recline backside seat which very good for those who tired and has backapain as well as relaxing body. Good thing also when you place you order from the dine in area you do not need to pick up by yourself because they will deliver it inside the cinema where you seat number. Another good thing is there is call bottton on side of you table to call waitress/waiter whenever you want to add more orders. Furthermore, you do not worried about how you see you inside the cinema because it has light also on side you where you seat. Another cinema is IMaX where you can injoy watch movie with 16 meter high by 22 meters wide. Third cinema where I like to watch movie is screen screen 2,3 and 4 because it's big screen as well. At last kids cinema is very nice for those who have small kids which is very suitable for kids.
