(The
Gold
Class)
I
cannot
pin
how
this
can
be
better
organized
during
premiere
days,
but
it
definitely
needs
to
be.
The
cinema
itself
(especially
this
one),
is
actually
the
best
branch
in
my
opinion.
The
projector
resolution,
and
the
sound
system
in
the
IMAX
theater
in
particular
is
incredible.
When
you
opt
for
the
higher-end
seats,
they
are
fairly
comfortable,
but
with
movies
spanning
over
2
hours
(and
some
even
going
up
to
4
hours),
it
may
actually
be
time
for
the
cinema
to
introduce
an
intermission
interval
during
their
screenings.
The
snacks.
When
I
say
we
bought
a
lot
of
snacks,
I
genuinely
mean,
we
bought
A
LOT
of
snacks!
Chicken
popcorn,
nachos
with
cheese,
masala
fries,
mozzarella
sticks,
caramel/cheese
popcorn,
and
Pepsi
as
a
refreshment.
Now
let
me
tell
you
how
many
of
those
were
actually
good,
just
two!
The
nachos
(only
because
the
cheese
was
amazing),
and
the
popcorn
(which
I
finished
the
next
day
before
writing
this
review,
and
was
still
fresh).
The
masala
fries
were
bland
and
in
desperate
need
of
at
least
some
condiments
on
the
side,
the
chicken
popcorn
seemed
a
little
dated/old,
and
the
mozzarella
sticks
were
also
quite
stale
(You
do
get
some
BBQ
sauce
with
the
sticks,
but
the
amount
you
get
is
extremely
stingy).
Good
snacks
are
considered
the
hallmark
of
any
great
cinema,
so
I
sincerely
hope
they
rectify
these
issues
soon.
The
Gold
Class.
I
was
hoping
to
separate
the
Gold
Class
experience
review
from
the
regular
plazas,
but
unfortunately
could
not
add
or
find
a
pinned
flag
for
just
the
Gold
Class.
I
am
genuinely
shocked
by
how
uncomfortable
the
reclining
seats
are
in
these
"higher
tier
plazas".
There's
a
very
odd
inflated
lumbar
support
that
really
pushes
your
body
away
from
the
backrest.
You
start
to
spend
a
lot
of
your
time
trying
to
remold
your
body
to
the
awkward
shape
of
the
seat,
and
for
the
3
hour
movie
we
watched
that
day,
it
was
no
easy
feat.
In
addition,
the
reclining
feature
is
to
put
it
simply,
dumb!
Your
choices
are
upright,
awkwardly
laying
down,
or
sleeping.
Why???
Why
can't
I
just
lift
my
feet
up
without
the
backrest
reclining
as
well?
I
honestly
thought
I
was
using
it
wrong
till
I
confirmed
with
the
person
I
was
with.
Plus,
the
sound
the
seat
makes
when
it
is
reclining
is
INSANELY
loud,
and
disturbing.
There
was
definitely
a
point
when
it
felt
like
the
audience
was
competing
to
see
who
could
make
the
most
noise
with
just
their
seats'
reclining
mechanisms.
We
also
had
a
unique
incident
where
the
lights
came
on
during
the
movie
for
no
reason.
Gave
us
a
bit
of
a
scare,
because
from
previous
experience
at
another
cinema,
we
were
forced
to
evacuate
the
cinema
for
emergency
reasons,
and
the
first
thing
that
happened
in
that
situation
was
that
the
lights
came
on.
The
Gold
Class
service
and
food.
So,
the
food
menu
and
ordering
system
begins
by
you
scanning
the
QR
code
on
your
armrest,
which
basically
links
your
order
to
your
seat...
in
theory.
What
ended
up
happening
was,
we
had
one
of
the
servers
(One
of
whom
was
VERY
nice
by
the
way)
come
over
to
us
during
the
film,
and
going
through
the
details
of
our
ENTIRE
order
again.
Needless
to
say,
the
last
thing
you
want
when
watching
a
movie
is
to
be
disturbed
for
what
felt
like
an
eternity
trying
to
not
just
confirm,
but
also
reorder
an
item
that
was
unavailable.
Also
z
for
some
odd
reason,
during
our
first
course
being
served,
the
waitress
started
to
demand
the
money
for
the
bill.
Having
used
the
Gold
Class
venues
of
the
past
in
other
branches,
I
recall
them
requesting
payment
during
the
last
15
or
so
minutes
of
the
movie.
This
small
hiccup
was
also
slightly
annoying.
The
food
itself.
The
duck
wrap
I
was
hoping
to
try
was
not
available,
which
I've
been
told
by
friends
and
family
is
their
best
item
on
the
menu.
I
ordered
the
king
prawns,
which
was
DELICIOUS!
The
peanut
sauce
is
incredible,
but
the
prawns,
and
other
snacks
(e.g.
Popcorn
and
nachos)
are
fairly
expensive
in
this
class.
Be
sure
to
be
ready
for
a
bill
that
matches
the
word
"Gold",
in
this
very
mid
experience.
