Coming from someone who worked there, it’s a disaster. How the two managers, Gabby and Jess, treated their employees is wrong. Whenever something didn’t go according to plan, Gabby would threaten to write the staff up. And Jess has one of the worst attitudes, especially. Between the backhanded comments they’ll give; to the threatening remarks, I wouldn’t recommend working here at all. I also would recommend eating there either!! They have cockroaches all over. When I worked on the custard, the roaches would crawl all over the machines! It was repulsive. I don’t know what’s more repulsive the roaches for management or the literal cockroaches.

We get food from the drive thru regularly. The quality is always there and they seldom make mistakes (like once in 100 times). My families favorite take home food.! I wish Ryan Smothers was still on the drive thru, but understand that he was promoted. I miss his quick and friendly order taking.

Normally since they make your food fresh you wait for what seems like forever. They were so slow one night they offered me a pint of ice cream as a consolation for the extremely long wait. HOWEVER, the last time I was there they were amazingly quick. I barely got into my pull ahead and wait spot and here came the food. Great improvement Culvers I hope you keep it up.

Update July 1, 2021 Gave Muscatine Culver's another try- Great drive through experience! Person was super patient as I had trouble hearing them. Perfect cheeseballz, excellent mushroom and Swiss- grilled cheese was spot on. 2 stars because they have great cheese balls. The sourdough- is horrid. Tasteless onions that are not fully caramelized top it on my list of "things to never ever eat again, ever". Drive through service was abysmal. Didn't repeat order back + no screen to see what was ordered + nonexistant printing in received receipt = surprise! wrong order when they bring it to the car. The price is so high that I thought the order was correct...

Whatever you choose to order will be good. Save room for custard. Personal favorite is Devil's food cake!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very clean. We will definitely stop again when we are in the area.

Food is good enough but the air conditioning was so aggressively, unnecessarily cold I felt the icicles developing under my nose and I lost 3 toes to frostbite. Turn up the temp to anything warmer than a midwest snowstorm and I'll consider returning.

Great fast food. Good service.
