Had to wait 15 min for a hot and ready pizza!!!! Then the sausage pizza we recieved had 4 slices that didn't even have a sausage on it!!!!

First the mobile ordering was down. Then Christina the general manager took my order over the phone. Said the order back to me and asked for my name. When I went to pick up my order she asked for my name and then asked what I ordered because she couldn’t remember my name on the phone so my order was under the name of “don’t remember name”. She then gave me a pizza which was not the right pizza. When I called they asked me to bring the pizza back for an exchange and when I said I would rather just have a refund they asked me to come back to the store to swipe my card after they had already told me they could just do it over the phone and I would see it in 48 hours. Worst manage store experience I’ve ever had. Will never return.

The workers were super rude. They didn’t even put my order in until we got to the window and they made us wait for 30 mins. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. The person on drive thru was rude and all I could hear were people laughing in the back ground. Also two of the workers were by the dumpsters smoking what I assume was marijuana by the smell.

absolutely horrible. been here twice within a couple months and the wait times have been horrendous. the 1st visit we left before getting to the window.

I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. The restaurant was crowded, but at least they could have more phones to pick up for orders.

pretzel crust pizza was good... but not enough toppings.. got a sausage pizza and was only one piece of sausage on each one of the slices.. thought i was eating cheese pizza..

The three young men working this evening were great. My 7 year old insisted on pepperoni even though it wasn’t ready so we waited for a pepperoni hot and ready. It was only about a 5 minute wait. My son got free cookies while he waited and lots of laughs as the workers kept us entertained. Very nice and funny gentleman and I’ll be happy to come back. Thanks for the laughs guys!
