    I stopped in after finishing an shopping Adventure from Jasper Al. to Muscle Shoals: RURAL KING SUPER STORE. Drive thru line was packed...looked limited on personal after I parked and went in. Was a Saturday night though, but still super slow service. For what I spent there> didn't want the biggy~bag deal, just ordered (1) sandwich...paid the price of two sandwiches???WOW}>••was Super Hot & Delicious‼️

    Lettuce was beyond old and had the worst smell. When I called I was told the lettuce isn't old it turns brown after sitting out all day. Sad to say I won't be back.

    I went to Wendy’s to order a salad and the m the particular salad I wanted wasn’t on the menu. So I decided to try the Apple Pecan. My experience with trying something new was horrible. When I opened the salad it smelt horrible and stunk up my car. So I decided to go back around to the window and ask for something else and I was informed by who I guess was the manager. (I didn’t get her name but she has missing teeth in the front showing one tooth.) She didn’t give me a refund and said she couldn’t take the salad back and give me a refund. She also said It was not my problem that blue cheese was on the salad. But I’m reaching out to corporate. Because I don’t eat blue cheese and I swear my salad was spoiled because I had blue cheese before and it didn’t smell this horrific!

    I rarely leave such bad reviews but this location was terrible August of 2023. The store smelled, flies everywhere, half the staff standing around not doing anything as we waited 25 minutes after ordering to finally get our food. The fries were extremely greasy and grey looking.... One guy who ordered before us got a chicken sandwich that they left the chicken patty off of it. This is the second time in a row I've been here with the drink machine missing half of its drinks. Won't be back for a while

    Food was absolutely horrible! Got a chicken wrap, summer strawberry salad, 10 piece nuggets meal and a kids nuggets meal. The chicken in the wrap and salad was beyond dry! I swear the chicken sat under the heat lamp for the last 10 years it was so dry! The fries looked like they put them in the fryer for 2 seconds. They weren't even cooked! The sweet tea was so sour! I've never had tea so sour. And i won't go into how the lettuce in my salad was. Its a miracle none of us got sick!! The only thing that was good was the nuggets and trust us we checked all of them before the kids ate them! Never again will I go to this Wendy's location! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!

    We visited during lunch. I ordered a summer strawberry salad with grilled chicken. The sale was great except for the chicken. It was dried out like it had been sitting there for two hours under a heat lamp. I threw away most of the chicken. The ladies bathroom only had one toilet working. The cashier was excellent. The sitting area outside had a broken gate laying on the ground. Not inviting at all. No umbrellas at the tables even if you want to sit out side.

    We’ve always liked going to this Wendy’s but today was so ridiculous. They’re slow and lost. I would not have mind the wait (near an hour) if my damn food was fresh instead of being cold af and forgetting my sauces I asked for. They literally had workers walking around not doing nothing. If I could I’d give y’all a -2. The drive thru order taker needs to turn up her damn headset or clean her ears better and the one handing out the food needs to be put on the fry station because he was completely lost. Lastly y’all didn’t give my damn receipt because y’all knew y’all was wrong for the cold food.

    The last 3 times I have ordered from here it has been nothing but problems. The first time my order was wrong but you know everybody makes mistakes then the next time they keep everybody in the drive-thu line for for 20 mins not taking anybody's order then come over the intercom saying they are closed then tonight I pull up to the intercom to find out their system is down & they can't take anymore orders even though I had a mobile order that would had been on there as soon as it came back up in a few minutes. I am done with this location & all their bad management.
