Very polite staff, food was fresh, and delicious! Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had, and I've had a lot. We went after a youth group Michigan's Adventure trip today, and couldn't be happier! It was very affordable too! Will definitely have to stop in next time I'm around! I love that this business doesn't hide their Christian beliefs, and plays Christian music throughout the restaurant! Definitely a place up their with Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out as far as service goes! Made us feel very welcome! We came an hour before closing, and we witnessed employees sharing a meal together after their shift, which is awesome! Overall 10/10! I'm sure God is proud of what the leadership, and employees in this business have done!

Went here today as my nephew is graduating to middle school. Some chicken was dry other was still pink by bone. The pizza bar was sadly stocked. My friend asked if they had any more sauce as the container on the buffet was empty and the worker said I don't know and walked away. Only giving 2 star because the cashier was nice and a lady who visited the table once to check on us was nice, I'm assuming the manager.

Staff are always friendly and attentive... not sure about buffett being open to children under seven trying to serve themselves, seen kids touching food and running hands on counter top, told staff and they immediately threw out the food and cleaned counter but what about the times you don't see? Otherwise, this restaurant is a great place to eat and the food is so good.

All the way from South Carolina, I must say I will return lol. Clean, friendly, good fresh, although the bathroom was a mess but I’ll blame it on the nasty folks that uses it.

This place is like a cross between a Cicis pizza and a Chuck e Cheese. They have pizza and fried chicken! There is an arcade and a desert bar as well as a salad bar. It is all you can eat. The chicken and other foods such as mashed potatoes, potato wedges and gravy were delicious. The pizza was very tasty with something for everyone! The broccoli and cheese pizza was interesting and the BBQ pizza was very good. They will custom make any pizza you want as well!

25 dollars for myself and my 8 year old to eat. there were only 3 kinds of pizza at a pizza buffet. ok fine, there was other food too, but we came for pizza as it is in the stores name. extra greasy, old, uncut pizza put out. I really didn't expect a huge amount extravagance from a buffet restaurant...but the part that did it for me is we weren't even able to eat our food because an employee was standing in front of our table snapchating herself SUCK RANCH OUT OF A CUP. and yes I have video of it.

Checked this out while travelling with a picky eater. Delightfully surprised at the quality and cleanliness of a buffet. The salad was fresh, fried chicken was crispy and full of flavor, and the pizza was tasty. Even the desserts were good. The berry pizza with ice cream is a must have.

This place is very great. You can play games. While you wait on your order and the atmosphere is so family like the service is awesome. When I ordered I was told it was going to be maybe 10 to 15 minutes and when I looked around they had it done at 9 minutes which I thought to be awesome and the food is awesome. Yes, so if you're in the area over by Walmart's on Sherman and 31 is where they at they're set you straight holla, bad to the bone holler at them.

They have a buffet which includes several different pizzas, a salad bar, chicken, and other sides, plus desserts. Also you can order a pizza and other items for your enjoyment with extra cost of the buffet. You can just order pizza and chicken and take it home. It was busy when we were there but they kept up with the demand and kept the buffet filled. It was an enjoyable meal.

It has great chicken. I also enjoyed the pizza but the sides were limited. The salad bar was well stocked and had a lot of options. The vanilla ice cream was nice to add to the root beer fountain soda. I'd go back for sure! The arcade has all the machines functional and prizes were stocked well. My kiddos really enjoyed it and I felt the monies spent was worth the time and prizes.

Norma and Rhonda served us today. They were both very friendly and personable, The level of service they afforded us was much better than we would have expected. This was our first visit to this location, and we observed the level of courtesy, and the conditions of the property better than the other locations. Our family enjoyed listening to the family friendly music also.

It's a really nice buffet, they have full salad bar, pizza bar , chicken with mashed potatoes and potatoe wedges. And it's all you can eat for about 14 dollars with unlimited drinks. You can request any pizza you want and they will make it and bring it out to you for no additional charge. They have a nice arcade that's about a dollar per game. The arcade games are very unique nit like the ones we had growing up. You have to purchase a game card and your credits and tickets stay on the game card.

The pizza is ok but the chicken is amazing. It should be called the chicken ranch! This is one of my family's favorite spots because you can have a great meal and then have fun in the built in arcade!

Great chicken and pizza quality observed on Sunday, earlier afternoon. Basically, this is a pizza/chicken/salad buffet. Economical option for stuffing yourself ridiculously, with your favorite food served by the self-serve buffet choices. Go crazy, hurry up, before the buffet line forms! Nevermind the loud atmosphere, you're here so every member of your family can stuff themselves like a Thanksgiving 🦃!

Pizza Ranch is one of the better buffet style restaurants that I've been to. The food was delicious, the pricing was reasonable, and the food was always stocked and never mixed together. The staff was very kind and even complimented how my girlfriend and I looked! It's a great place to bring the whole family. That being said, it is a very kid friendly environment. If you are looking for a romantic date location, this is probably not for you.

Fantastic customer service !!!!!!!!!!! My coworkers and I ordered lunch. Our salads were wrong we contacted the store and spoke with the owner. This man was so nice he was very attentive he took down what the order was supposed to be and brought it to us personally. He saved our lunch and made two ladies very happy. To him we say thank you.

Went here to try their chicken as some people I know said it was really good. I was extremely disappointed. Long wait, and when I finally got my food the chicken tasted like it was cooked in oil that had burnt old crumbs in it. It was gross and oily. The side I chose, mashed potatoes and gravy, tasted like cheap processed cafeteria food. The biscuit that I got was burnt. On top of that it was kinda pricey for the small amount of food you get. You'd be better off going to KFC or Lee's Chicken. Would NOT recommend. Save your money and taste buds, and go elsewhere.

We had a party of 17 and they were super busy. Our server, Sage was so sweet and was able to get us a table, keeping our whole group together. We really appreciated it.

I went in Jan with a large group and was put into a party room where the floors were sticky, the main dining area was so overcrowded we had to squeeze between tables and close to others just to reach the buffet, and the servers don't get breaks. Management puts on their forms that their underaged servers are getting their legally mandatory break but then not actually giving it to them. Our server ended up hiding in the party room chatting with us just to get some semblance of a break where she disclosed the info about management, and our next server confirmed it when asked. My group won't be back to support a business that doesn't treat their staff correctly.

Pizza was decent to pretty good. Chicken was overcooked when we first arrived; they soon brought out a new batch, which was really good. Restrooms were clean.

I have been to many Pizza Ranches in the Midwest. This pizza ranch has good service and the typical pizza ranch menu. The items on the buffet seem to be less than what I see in Iowa pizza ranches. It also has an arcade and I think mini golf. The only complaint is that when you order a particular pizza they don't bring it out and serve you the slices you want then put the remaining back on the buffet. You have to request the number of slices early and you could end up with a couple of pizzas.

Over-priced food, but great for young kids. They have games on-site & an arcade style ticket rewards system. The food was nothing to brag about. However, they do have a secret mango habanero sauce not on the menu that is okay. It was more mango that heat. The service staff were very friendly & accommodating, but the building itself was cramped & difficult to walk through. Their buffet was lacking flavor & options. Their pizza is nothing too write home about. There are much better options in the area. Unless you're looking to host a kid's birthday party Chuck-E-Cheese style go somewhere else.

Good pizzas that you can order really anything you want. Chicken is delicious. Staff are friendly and the prices are good. Bathrooms are clean. They now have an arcade attached to the buffet. Good for kids and families.

Decent selection of comfort food, not the healthiest options but they don't advertise as such. We came here to try the new golf simulator, while there's only one so you have to call in advance for a tee time, it's still a cool addition to the place and a good way to spend the off season working on your swing!

Considering the staffing shortage problem nationwide, we were impressed by the one server who was doing it all: seating customers, going in several directions at once clearing plates from diners, bussing, and cashiering and still good natured during the Senior discount hours. We tipped her well; she's likely an invaluable employee.

Buffet, what can you say? Table maintenance was zero, until shift change. New girl coming on did way better. Quality of the food was mass produced. You go for quanity, not quality. We were there last year, Quality was way better the the restaurant much cleaner.

The new arcade is a welcome addition. Fun for the kids and the buffet was fantastic. The games were kept clean and all functioned the way they should. Overall, a great place to bring the family.

Always a great value and good service. The chicken is always excellent. For a buffet style restaurant this one ranks right up there

First time there and wasn't a good experience . We left with out my husband getting any of the pizza he order . I ordered a Taco pizza almost half hr later 3 very small Pieces came out. I threw them away. What a $30. WAIST. The pizza came but burt bottom with so much lettuce on it. Taste like card board Was very yucky The buffet was empty and dirty . We had no waitress asking if we were needing anything. Very disappointing 😕. Oh and the cashier said new people put them in Vip room .wasn't Vip at all. Shuved in a corner with dirty tables all around us . Ps absolutely was no desert any where to be seen . Empty . I want my money back .I cant afford that loss of $30.dollars.

Nice staff. Reasonable price (even of they've raised their costs for the buffet). Nice atmosphere. Accommodating to our larger group.

Unless you're hosting a kids birthday, I wouldn't recommend it. It's a buffet, so it's got buffet quality food. The pizzas put out are half cut and the bread is tough. Only thing I'd personally recommend is the cheesy bread. Can't beat greasy cheesy bread. Price is okay. Roughly $15 for the buffet. About $30-$35 for a couple to eat.

Love this place for a family of 5! 52$ 2 adults 3 kids.. they go buy 99¢per age of child!! Drinks included and if they don't have what you like they will make it and make sure you get however many pieces before they put the rest on the buffet!!! Pizza and chicken what more could you want!!

Chicken is good.. there were only 2 pizzas to pick from and only a couple slices of those... until we were leaving them they put out a few more.. at least 8 employees on break next to us.. way too expensive for what was offered.. won't be back

Always a great place here. I've dined here about 5 times now and I have yet to have a bad experience either with the staff or otherwise. I wouldn't say they have the greatest pizza but I'm not usually going here to look for the Greatest pizza in the area.

I stopped in for the lunch buffet. Fresh food was being brought out on a consistent basis. You can also put in an order for pizza of your choice. Over all it was a great dining experience.

After paying we were asked to wait to be seated. We sat and watched the young man that asked us to wait seat three other people that came in after us. We stood up and when he came back he asked if we were waiting to be seated. We told him that he sat three other people that came in after us. He acted like he didn't remember he is the one that asked us to wait. Made no apology for his error. Other than that the chicken there is awesome pizza is good too.

Quick, hot and tasty. Buffet style. I generally don't do buffets but I do enjoy the crispy chicken. Place has lots of seating and friendly atmosphere.
