We tried to get a hair cut for my mom there and felt like the stylist didn’t really want to cut her hair. There were two people in the chair and two ahead of us, which was fine. While waiting, 2 people came in, who had apparently came in much earlier in the day but left. Instead of adding them to the waiting list, they were put in front of those currently waiting. The stylist told us it was going to be a much longer wait since they had came in earlier. She was a bit short and actually rude. Those customers that left and returned should have had to sign in again and wait like the rest of us there. Will never be back.

I popped into Supercuts in the River City Mall last Saturday for a quick trim (I wear my hair long and straight). Sydney cut my hair fast and to perfection, creating perfect layering toward the bottom to hold the curl. Super happy with this experience.

This store has such a unique good vibe from all the rest I’ve been to! I always get the best service and a good conversation anytime I get a cut here. Shae has been doing my hair for years now, she is a very talented stylist that truly cares about her clients and her craft. Highly recommend !

Great shampoo that where it stops. $45 hair still wet no flat irons. Fruzzy mess when I walked out. Not anymore!

The staff was super friendly. The price was higher then I am used to paying. I went there cause my normal hair place was too busy. The one who cut my hair was amazingly nice and very quick. But when I got home I realized my hair was super uneven with a lot of long pieces. I wear my hair back but I like my hair to be short enough in the front that if my hair falls forward it isn't going to poke me in the eye. I don't know if I'll be returning..

Rushed the whole hair cut and Laney, who cut my hair, also cut it with an expired license that was 2 months past due so there's that also

I brought my son in there to get a haircut for his very first school picture. He was scared of the clippers. Instead of the cut I asked for they just buzzed it all off because he was scared of the clippers sound and started screaming. They should have just left his hair alone instead of just buzzing it all off. A haircut I could have done at home if I had wanted that style. I was so angry I couldn't go back in. I will never go back there again. They need to let people know that they can't handle their kids before they start a haircut. So sad 😭😭

Wow, I went supercuts and got butchered! I needed a haircut, and there's not much choice in Muskogee. The girl kinda had an attitude, but when I asked nicely I needed a haircut, after she also butchered my name, I tried to get a conversation out of her to see what kind of a person was cutting it. Then she asked if I wanted it still over the ear, "like it was but shorter", and I said yes. Still "over the ear". and the she cut it above my ear and I ask?? Why. She said over the ear, meant above me ears??? Crazy. Well, I won't be back, for a long time. That's her fault. I won't need to. And then she had he attitude to look at me like I owed her a tip. Really? I gave a dollar and left. I'll find somewhere else.
