Not super great. I live in a small town half an hour away. Ordered my food from the drive through, received it, there were three containers and the place was getting busy so I headed home. Got home and found they had neglected to give us half a plate. So the sides were there but the entree was missing. Half the container was empty. This isn't the first issue we have had with this store so this is our last time ordering from here.

I'd never tried a Panda Express. This was my first experience. This is supposed to be two meats and one side. What on Earth? I should have went somewhere family owned…

It was good, typical Panda Express. Everything was FRESH. Th only problem was th Honey Sesame Chicken.....it was overcooked, I think. I've never had it, BUT, it wasn't th "usual" Panda. Otherwise, it was great, as usual

Multiple times ordering the broccoli and beef, I’ve got like literally one or two thin pieces of beef, I ordered orange chicken once from here and it had no flavor which made 0 sense considering it looked normal, also heard of a maggot being in someone’s food,🤦🏻‍♂️, they really don’t care, I ended up with 8 fortune cookies for one small plate of food once, which isn’t a complaint but rather a indicator they move quick and don’t care

Absolutely garbage. Was told the beyond orange chicken would be about a 10 minute wait. After 20 minutes, the same guy says "Oh I forgot about you and your order". Which is crazy, because the restaurant was empty, he is the one who rang my order up, and he couldn't stop playing with his pants for 20 minutes. The manager looked confused to hear me asking how much longer they thought it would be for the order.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Panda Express because these locations are literally the exact same everywhere. It's the Taco Bell of Chinese food.. it's fast food and every location is exactly the same. But based on so many negative reviews, I just had to share our experience. We arrived here super late, like 10 minutes before closing. I hesitated about going since I know that can irk workers trying to get home, but we were hungry! The girl who helped us at the drive-thru was very kind!! I think her name was Ashlen or Ashlyn. She was just very nice and our food tasted exactly the same as it does at any other Panda Express.

Our family was charged for food that we did not order. After paying and bringing it to the managers attention he was very dry and unapologetic only to tell us they would not be giving us a refund. He gave us a certificate for a free plate only when we purchase another one. This is so wrong. Fault of the staff, insincere management, and theft.

Sadly my order didn’t feel cooked long enough. Every time I asked for a item off the menu the worker would keep telling me the total in reply and to pull forward to the window. That happened 3 times. I also wasn’t given soy sauce and had to go in the store to get it. I asked for it. Seriously didn’t think it could have gotten worse until I took a bit of my semi cold broccoli? Maybe I just got the short end of the stick today.

Mariah was extremely rude when we came in. When we came in she immediately looked at her watch and sighed because the kitchen had to cook more food. Get a different job if your so unhappy. These are your hours and if you don’t like it , go work somewhere else. Her and Valentine just stood around and talked bad about customers and complained about there job. Not customer service friendly at all.

I went in to get a togo meal. I spent $15.00 and bought my favorite things. They did not put red sauce in the bag. I went back in and told the woman I needed the sauce. She said all they have is packets and it is the same thing. It's not. Spring rolls do not taste the same with the orange sauce, so I won't be back. Some of us will pay a little extra for good quality products. I eat out rarely, so if it doesn't taste good it's not worth going to me. China King doesn't have honey walnut shrimp, but they have good sauce, so I will forgo the shrimp and give them my business.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered at the drive-through, the black pepper and Angus steak entrées for my wife and I. When I got home I discovered that my entrée only had three little pieces of meat. I told my wife after I had finished and she said hers also only had three little pieces of meat. Nearly all vegetables, and these entrées cost more. I guess we won’t be ordering that anymore. On a positive note, the young man who took our order was very friendly.

It wasn't great, they didn't have some of my food I ordered and the portions were so small for $15 I got baby portions and didn't get all I ordered and then when I came back after I drove all the way home to Fort Gibson, the manager acted like I was lying g about my missing food good thing I still had my receipt cuz he didn't even want to give me my orange chicken and that was the only reason I even ordered the meal I got was for the orange chicken just to was 23 miles round trip for an attitude and a baby portions. Would not recommend this place for nothing. China king is much better all you can eat for about the same price!

Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Was informed that they had not started cooking for the day yet. ( The store had been open for 20 minutes???) When i got our food, I asked if the soy sauce we had asked for was in the bag and was told "yes. Everything is in the bag". Got back to work and didn't have any soy sauce.

I've been to a Panda Express one other time, in another state. This visit reminded me of why I have never been back. It was never clear what was considered an entree versus a side. The server just kept naming all the food. All the food tasted like flour and old grease. The chicken was mostly fat. None of the food had a separate flavor. I honestly couldn't stomach eating it. There was only 1 trash can, and it was full. People were actually trying to smash the trash down further because there wasn't another spot to dump it.

Clean area, Friendly service, and hot food. I always judge a oriental place based on its fried rice cooking ability and it was excellent. Also made for great left overs!

Thank you, Ashlen, for asking me what sauce I want, and my response was sweet &sour and soy sauce. Seems easy enough, you would think. In turn, I got 1 teriyaki sauce. If you're not going to a 100% in to what you're doing, why do it at all. If you can't pay attention, you might need a different type of job. Just saying...

The food here is either hit or miss, the staff are amazing and welcoming but I would take caution in what you order.

The food is definitely not my top pick. The service is good and they keep it clean, but I don't like the food and the fortune cookies taste awful.

We've eaten at this location numerous times. The food quality is pretty consistent and the service is competent. The one thing I noticed this time is the restaurant itself needed some attention. Trash cans were full, tables were dirty, and it just looked they had been too busy to get to it I guess.

First time at any Panda Express. I was impressed by the service, quality of food and cleanliness of the store inside and out.

Good service. Serving blessed with lots veggies but very limited if meat is involved. Kinda disappointed.

Friendly staff at this location. Honey walnut shrimp was to die for. Beef and broccoli were ok. Lo mein and fried rice weren't great.

Food was pretty good ,last time I went I got the brown rice and it was crunchy. Today I asked if the rice is crunchy and they tested it and said it was.they said they make their rice every morning and I'm assuming it sits in the warmer all day and gets crunchy and hard.

The food is excellent but waiting 25 minutes is a bit much. They told me it’d take 5 min longer for the teriyaki chicken. Brought part of my order out 15 minutes later and told me it’s be another 5 or 6 minutes for my broccoli beef.

I love Panda Express because the quality of their food is the best around here. They also have good option, especially if you don't like noodles or rice, the super greens are DELICIOUS. My go to is the sweet fire chicken, seriously try it. You won't be disappointed coming to this location

They weren’t busy at all, but were out of lots of stuff. I only go here because my grandson loves it. They need better management and training.

I just order some food from here and I'm waiting to get it which is fine cause they making it fresh, but a gentleman named Trey, is one of the best employees I have ever came across in culinary. To add we called a hour before hand to make sure they was open and he even asked us if there was anything specific we wanted, like this dude needs a raise or promotion. U never come across people like him just saying asset to the company
