    The girls in the office were wonderful. They tried to accommodate and were kind and genuine during our interactions. However, upon checking in, we found the rooms were dirty and falling apart. The floors were sticky and grimy, the toilet leaked, like shot across and hit the wall, the tub had no stopper, and the shower head didn't work. When we asked for a refund, they said it would be over a week before a refund was processed. So we sucked it up and stayed. You can only get housekeeping or fresh towels on Mondys and Thursdays if requested at least the day before. It makes you think... The linens even started out stained! The management argues or claims that there is no responsibility for any issues or complaints. They refused to give my deposit back because a blanket was dirty. I am very disappointed in Motel 6 for this place.

Working girls in house Shady all-around: Pet deposit (no other Motel 6 location charge pet deposit) Won't return deposit Unauthorized charge for additional night Always pay attention. Beware of your surroundings

    They let me check in early so I could rest but of course there was a fee. I gladly paid it. The next morning the toilet was clogged and I needed towels and the front desk couldn't help me at all. I made sure the room was spick and span before leaving. I returned to collect my deposit that was cash. She said I lost my deposit because the towels were dirty. She seriously told me I should've washed the towels before leaving. Personally I feel she pocketed the money. It has roaches and the towels maybe cost them $1 each. I used the washcloths to wipe my make up brushes on and it comes right out. I will never stay here again. And if you know what is good for you i suggest you stay away. The acting manager is greedy and a thief!

    People are rude here And 2 of the house keepers are always high and on drugs Cody and Hailey are door don't lock we have had things taken from us the place is full of tweekers and bugs ever where the ice maker don't work the pool is never open and the place is run down This place here in Muskogee is not kid friendly at all this place is ran by people who are on drugs I would not stay here anymore They don't change the sheets after people leave they only sweep and mop after you you leave Are daughter got bite by a bug her They won't fix are door neither which is a safety thing Don't bring kids or you to come here. It's not a safe place

    While we stayed for one night in we also had bugs all over the sheets and blanket. The bed was uncomfortable and the tv remote was missing. The bathroom door frame was broken. Sheets were stained and the door to the other room next to us you could hear them all night

    I realize that the service is industry is a difficult job and certainly hotel management can’t be easy but your motel in Muskogee OK is the worst example of mismanagement, apathy and overall stupidity I’ve ever seen. Beyond the bait and switch advertising where you say you have a pool that hasn’t been open in years and an ice machine that also hasn’t been working in ages. Rooms that stink of cigarettes, no chairs inside or out, shattered door frames, no hooks, no towels, uncleaned rooms, un changed sheets, cancelled rooms because I complained and best of all bugs. The crowning moment of all that was asking for toilet paper and being told they had none. Surprisingly the front desk gentleman, who refused to give me a name, simply stood and stared and would not answer when I asked what we were to use. After some time spent in attempting to get this resolved without me going to buy my own TP, which seemingly was his intent, I asked if he preferred I use the curtains or towels, again no answer. I left his office before I lost my temper. And hour or so later a person came with a roll of TP. Just a note your staff member jasmine, was a pleasure to deal with and should be the manager there. Reading the responce from the "owner" below...this is this a joke. The attention it deserves... ie nothing.ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL do not stay in this cess pit

    When we walked into our room we noticed dirt all over the floors. There was a nail on the floor in the bathroom, thank goodness my daughter didn't come on this trip. There were cockroaches that came out over the night. The beds were so stained and had holes in them. One bed had mold on it that was covered up by the sheets. My sister was bit by something during the night on her arm. The room had no dead bolt and the lock on the door did not work. This was not a good experience and we will not be coming back. I hope that people read reviews before booking. I unfortunately did not and wish I would have.

    Booked online and from the pictures thought it was going to be a nice stay. Upon arrival the place is run down, falling apart, rooms are not the best, shower looks dirty, hole in the wall, no microwave like in pictures, and the front desk lady tried double charging us. Best thing about this place is the air conditioner works.

    There was no accommodations for handicapped and that's what they (aunt and Grandma) specifically asked for on the reservation line. The hotel could not help with shower chairs etc, even though Grandma was assured they had them. They were told everything they needed would be provided, there was also an extra deposit that they were unaware of. The air conditioner was so dirty it blew dead bugs all over the place.

    I will never stay at another motel 6. We are staying at the one in Muskogee OK and in our room. We have no hot water, a broken shower head, no cable, stains on the sheets and blankets. When we went to the front desk just to mention the no hot water we were going to deal with the rest we were told no maintenance was here and there was nothing they could do until morning. That's after asking if we turned the knob the right way. We asked for another room said there wasn't one and we had to wait until morning. Never again. Paid 107 for 2 nights not even worth half that. We paid for 2 nights and we only stayed one and didn't get a refund for the second night. If you like dope heads also this is the place to stay it seems. I will never stay here again

    Besides the noise between 10pm-12am, it was a really good stay. Yes, there are crickets and grasshoppers outside that might sneak into the room when you have the door open but my dogs enjoyed the chase in the room 🤣 it was hard to sleep cause the noise so if you can't beat em, join em 😅 I didn't see a single cockroach or get bit by bed bugs. I use Motel 6s a lot because of dog events (this was a me passing through stay), and the room was actually a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be for the price. I would stay here again but only if i had one of my protection dogs with me again since I travel alone 4 out of 5 due to I would feel really unsafe without my dogs and the noise. Other than that the lady who checked me in was super nice and things were great!

    I apparently didn’t cancel my stay before 6 pm. I cancelled my stay on my way to Oklahoma from Missouri due to reading the terrible reviews. I could have just not cancelled it at all. Sorry, I do not want bed bugs. I have talked to so many people, have been so kind to everyone, and they still cannot give me a refund. This place is absolutely trash and so is the manager. Good luck getting a refund if you need one. Apparently this million dollar company can’t spare some change to give me my refund back. If only I was rich. Do not stay here. There’s many other motels in the area and this place isn’t worth even the cheapest room they offer. I’m sure someone will reply to this asking how they can “make it better”. if you can’t refund my money do not bother. Thanks!

    I cannot even tell you how many bed bug bites I have! So many! So much pain and itching doctor visits and meds cant even help enough to get me through the day. Can't sleep because of it. I am so ate up all over my body from all over my feet up to my waist solid patches of bites. Owners were rude, property wasn't very clean. People on the stairways. "grassy" areas weren't cut the door lock for the cards kept not working leaving us and our stuff out of the room while we had to go get keys done again. No turn down service which might have made the bed bug incident lesser. No microwave like was supposed to be. Front desk ladies were amazing though. However in the end, worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at.

    Well the staff refused to give me a towelsright when I arrived they also charged me more then they was supposed to and refused to make up the difference. The Rooms or Trap House whick ever.. But the office will b quick to call the cops on the wrong people. The room smelled like old musty nuts or something but the staff don't look to clean themselves and act like they never understand a word that comes out ur mouth .. I wouldn't recommend this dump

    I found a Cochroch on the floor, I did request exterminator. Front desk staff said that they will send housekeeping staff. I request send me extra towels when housekeeper comes. She said they not offer extra towel nor toilet papers. I was waiting about an hour but nobody showed up. I opened bed sheet to lying down, two bed bugs crawling. I went down to the front desk show the bed bug in the zip lock bag. But no one sham nor apologized. They seemed not surprised at all. They will refund within 5 days. We moved to the other hotel. I have trucking business so have lots of experience with hotels. This is worst hotel I ever experienced.

    Check out was easy and the employees were nice. The real problem was the room. The room was questionable clean. A lot of stained covers but they were clean, somewhat smelly, and live, climbing, and breathing roaches, I mean so many roaches. We even put most of our stuff back in the car because we did not want them traveling with us. Also there is a $50 deposit so I will bring cash so you don’t have to wait.

    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Pictures make it seem like it is beautiful but don’t let that fool you. Our room was infested with cockroaches, we asked for a refund asap and did not stay. Most rooms have people living there long term which might explain the infestation. Front office also needs maintenance overall, there was used bandaids on the floor. Do not recommend.

    Our room was in the back of the building it was a little dark but it was okay. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed in it. Also I noticed after booking the room there were several reviews that had nothing good to say I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful without being nosy, the area was quiet and comfortable. My heat and air worked great I had my microwave my mini fridge and we felt comfortable and safe coming and going from the room. I really couldn't find anything to complain about. It wasn't fancy but it was fine if you're looking for somewhere comfortable clean and safe to stay then this place will work just fine.

    Well we will start with we requested a smoke free room and got a room that reeked of smoke. I immediately went back to remedy this as the last time I didn't I was charged the $200 cleaning fee (not at this hotel) We were "upgraded" due to the lack of smoke free rooms to a room that had 2 working lights out of 5, but at least the sheets were clean in this one. Now it wasn't set up for us so there was no shampoo or soap, not a big deal because I bring my own. However 2 people having to use 1 towel for 3 days was rough. We requested another one, but it never came. All in all, I would recommend spending a little more money to go stay at Hampton, candlewood, or any of the hotels in the New maskogee area.

    Stayed in this room last night and my friend woke up covered in bed bug bites. I looked and found one in my bed too. The person at the front desk is being highly uncooperative in letting us check out. We need to check out to get a refund from last night and/or not get charged for the following nights that we intended to stay. We also found multiple roaches, there were stains and holes on every piece of material in the room, the toilet leaked, the fridge barely worked, the room was generally dirty. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to leave with an infestation.

    Roaches and flies, floor very dirty, heater not working in freezing weather. Would be so easy to take care of the 1st 3 with a little boric acid and a mop. Message to owner: please do not tell me that this not the usual guest experience. I see you say that a lot in reply to reviews but the fact that you have to say it a lot proves the point that it is normal for your motel.

    I was staying at this hotel from September 8th to the 11th I would have stayed longer but the rooms are filthy n smell like sewage! My husband was coming to the hotel from working on the road on September 10th so I went to the office to get him added to the room so he would have access to the room when he arrived and when I entered the office I approached Jennifer McDaniel whome works at the desk she was falling over nodding out at the screen with my identification in her had for about 30 minutes and still did not get my husband added before he arrived! When she’s not falling over asleep on whatever she’s on she’s rude and has no means on making sure your needs are met and your comfortable in your room! She’s supposed to be head of cleaning the rooms and laundry yet there’s no clean linens and multiple people including myself got refunded because the rooms were nasty! Something needs to happen especially if you want to keep getting business.

    Never had any problems with the price or the rooms they’re surprisingly clean and with how much they cost a night, it’s a steal right infront of your eyes! The people working the front desk are always helpful. But if you’re looking for the best of the best you look for Keisha every time I roll through there she works the front desk so fast it makes it feel like I never even checked in! If your looking for a nice cheap place to stay this is it :)

    This is currently a place where I would rather sleep in my vehicle. Filthy dirfy, stinky and nothing works. Smoke alarm ripped out, bed jammed in front of A/C intake to fit two dbl beds in tiny room, very poor plumbing, and more! On top of everything, the TV wouldn't even come on. Two rooms later, we just walked out. Refund, maybe; they said so, but we'll see. I will be sending photos to Corporate with details.

    This was, without a doubt the WORST Motel 6 I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at plenty because I'm a pet owner. I could go on at length but in short, the whole place needs to be bulldozed. The amount of deferred maintenance on this facility is unreal. Housekeeping does the bare minimum (beds and bathroom) and ignored EVERYTHING ELSE. I'm not kidding when I say my feet got dirty after taking a shower and walking back and forth to the bed a couple of times. NOBODY takes care of the exterior (grounds and everything outside of the rooms) TRASH is everywhere. I felt like I was renting a room in Russia. I've got soooooo much more to add but have no idea how much room I have left for comments. The WORST Thing was, they required a CASH DEPOSIT OF $50 on top of paying a credit card. It was returned after they inspected your room upon check out. I was not prepared for that and after driving all day I did not want to try and find another place because I travel with my dogs.

    I had never walked out of a motel until I arrived at this one. I saw four roaches in the bathroom upon arrival and my bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and repaired with duct tape....so I thought I had better check out my bed. The sheets were dirty and there was a bug crawling between the sheets. I pulled back the fitted sheet, and the mattress pad was filthy. I don't know that I will ever book another Motel 6. It was so bad that I took photos. The clerk was very nice and polite, and needs to get a job at a better motel.

    Omg. My son and I needed to stop and rest as we have been driving for four hours from Texas. We arrived just before midnight. Front desk lady was nice . After reading the review about the customer not getting a refund due to their refund policy, I was too exhausted to fight. Next time I would rather pay the extra five or $10 and stay somewhere nearby. If you stay here, bring your slipper so your feet does not touch the ground. Bring an extra sheets and blankets so your body does not touch the dirty sheets. Okay Bring extra locks as your door is not secure. I will not take a shower unless perhaps you brought your own towel. Bugs bugs bugs everywhere. Now I understand why they have a refund policy like that. I don’t know anyone in their right mind will see their rooms and not ask for a refund .It’s not very secure and I didn’t feel very safe. Don’t let this discourage you from staying in motel 6. I stayed in one in Redoak Texas for a week and it was clean and safe. worst motel ever

    My stay was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were decent and the price was affordable. I was more pleased with the customer service skills the front desk worker displayed.Her name was Jasmine, She was very polite and showed a willingness to answer my questions and assist with my needs all while wearing a smile. She definitely made my arrival feel very welcome 😊

    Or bed had ashes in the sheets. Non smoking room but there was also a cigar tip in the drain in the sink. Means they didn't change the sheets between customers. Also the shower is so poorly designed it's barely functional.

    When we first artived for check-in and after finding out our reservation was mixed up due to staff error, we were given a terrible room. Holes in the walls, bathroom floor was stained with I don't know what, chips in the table and large gouges in the floor. After seeing several cockroaches we tried to get a different room but was not accommodated until the next day. The staff was rude and unattentive. The reception area was left unattended and wouldn't respond to the call bell. I waited 33 minutes to pay for the that days rent. Finally, got moved into a slightly better room. Bathroom was upgraded but the toilet seat was damaged, the showerhead was clogged (maintenance never came to fix it, so I used a toothpick to clean out some of the gunk), towels were dingy and stained. I bought Raid spray and Traps to eliminate or at least reduce the cockroach population....we should have just put leashes on them. We needed to utilize their guest laundry facilities, after standing in the lobby for 15 mins, ringing the bell for service, I walked the property looking for the clerk to get quarters (she was hanging out some guys in the parking lot) I was rudely informed that they dont provide quarters for their guest laundry, that I should download the laundry app and pay that way. Ok fine, did that just to find out their app activated washer doesn't work (The door is broken) plus their dryers are quarters only. We will not stay here again, nor will we recommend this motel.

    The staff is amazing they helped with all our needs. The room was very clean and I love they are pet friendly. I will be back again. Also the coffee in the morning is delicious not like some places that are watered down.

    I’ll start with saying that the two ladies I interacted with who work front desk are lovey. This in no way reflects on them. I was only going to stay one night since I was passing through to get to the east coast. The two rooms I almost stayed in, however, were not lovey. The first room, there was a door off the hinges sat out front of the door. I walked in and saw pieces of the doorframe and screws everywhere. Maintenance hadn’t told the nice lady up front that he was working on the room. Completely understandable. What I was caught off-guard by was the amount of roaches I saw inside the room. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping or showering there. I asked if I could switch rooms due to the door issue, and I got another key. Walking in, I saw a blackish substance that looked like garden dirt maybe? I couldn’t tell you what exactly it was, but it was all over the bed and floor. The sheets were stained and the rooms were both hot and humid. After reading the reviews about bed bugs and no refunds on rooms, I just ate the sixty bucks, returned my key, and went to a hotel down the street near the QT instead. Not worth carrying bed bugs with me or swallowing a roach.
