Nice, well cleaned rooms that were spacious and comfortable. We had a king bed and it was super comfy and slept great on it. They had a delicious variety of breakfast foods, as well as free coffee in the mornings.

Infested. Beware. You don’t want to take the critters home. Pool and tub were nice, sauna was out of service unfortunately. I went to the room and pulled the blankets and noticed bug droppings, my sheets looked unwashed, then found the bed bugs on the unprotected box springs, I took pictures from three different rooms on different floors. Management was polite, professional and in shock and stated they were unaware and tried to find us a room that wasn’t dirty or infested, unfortunately there was not one that wasn’t crawling. They were also notified of the dirty carpets each clean room I was taken to was far from clean.

The breakfast is so great. Lots of variety and every bit of it delicious.The pool is very clean. Hot tub just right. The entire facility exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Definitely will be back.

Very clean hotel. The shampoo and conditioner is not bad to use. The bed was comfy and clean. I did check the bed due to one comment saying something about bed bugs. No bugs! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! The hotel is also in a good location. They have camera's up as well on the outside of the buildings. The breakfast was good as well.

The lady at the front desk (elderly lady in a walking boot) was one of the most rude people I have ever come into contact with! She was eating while trying to check me in, and acted like she would rather be doing anything else in the world. She lectured me on hotel processes and how I should know basic check in protocols. I have traveled for work for many years and have overall had great experiences with Hilton and their hotels however I will never go back to this one. I hate that one person can represent an entire facility in such a poor manor.

A terrible, electrical burn/chemical smell fills the lobby on sunny afternoons. I was told it's from the window sealant which outgasses from the heat. I can't imagine it's not toxic. Business office was closed. Power went out once. TV remote didn't work in the room. Breakfast was fine. Room was OK.

The clerk at the front desk was friendly. When I first stepped into my room there was a stale odor. I immediately went back to the front desk and advised the clerk, she told me there were no more rooms available and that she will come up and spray the room. she did come and sprayed the room with some type of freshener. The carpet is mildew and have a bad scent she agreed that she smelled the odor. The breakfast menu didn’t consist of any meat just gravy and biscuits no waffles. Not a great breakfast the last time I stayed the breakfast was much better. Also it was raining and there was a leak in the ceiling and they had a bucket catching the water but there was also another leak in the ceiling and there was a puddle of water on the floor. The rate was a good rate but the service was inexcusable.

Nice hotel, meets all expectations. Although the cost of room for the night is way too expensive compared to the average cost of the other hotels next door. I'd rather have a slightly less extravagant room right next door at Best Western, and save $50/night.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and treated us with respect and very courtesy. The place was very nice and clean and everything was excellent. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Room was clean, quiet, bed very comfy. Hot food was excellent, OJ actually had pulp in it. Pool area relaxing, enjoyed the hot tub,ost other stays on our trip didn't include one.. I'd go back in a heart beat.

Room was clean, staff was courteous and grounds were exceptionally clean. I always have my small dog with me when I travel & this is by far the best facility I have stayed at in Muskogee that is pet friendly! I will be booking my next room with them.

Very nice rooms, pet friendly and the staff is great. It is located just off the highway enough that traffic nose is minimal but still is convenient

Great service and room was very clean. The room had everything you could need for a quick stay. The hair dryer was in plain sight and worked well (I know it not important to most but it was greatly appreciated) Easy check-in and easier check-out. Hotel is centrally located in Muskogee and not far from sights and restaurants.

The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was a delicious variety of hot and cold items with complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7. Only issue is they have a barn sliding door for the bathroom door that doesn't lock into place and has a gap between door and wall. Don't expect bathroom privacy when traveling with others.

My experience was very nice. Hotel has a delicious, complimentary breakfast with many items to choose from. Also has a nice indoor pool, hot tub & dry sauna. Staff very nice & welcoming.

The room was dirty and bathrooms were dirty I was charged one thing and receipt sayer another I have great experience with Hampton Inn at other locations but I will not return to this hotel or maybe others bc of this experience

Hot tub was probably the worse one I have seen yet. It's so powerful, you can't sit back and relax with the jets on. Sauna wasn't working either. But everything else was great, customer service, room, breakfast, and pool.

All is well. The breakfast was quite flavorful and the staff have all been pleasant and happy. One of my top hotel visits yet. Clean, nothings broken (except the sauna😞), 10/10

Nice clean room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable,slept great. Complimentary breakfast,not very nice at all,very over cooked eggs and the sausage was so dry and awful..Had to go to IHOP next door.Breakfast was the only only bad thing about my stay..Other than that,I was very satisfied.

My outlets in my room and in my mother’s room did not work. My sheets were thread bare and see through in some places with the mattress appearing to fall apart. The elevator closest to us was down, which is understandable but I am wondering just how much upkeep is being put into the hotel.

Because they were able to be accommodate me at the last minute. Two things weren’t great - the guy who checked me in bragged about the hotel being “bug free!” Wrong - I encountered a big spider plus several other random insects in my room. Also, the bathroom floor looked like it had blood stains on it and the paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable, good service, good breakfast. The basic stuff plus scrambled eggs, smoked sausage and fried potatoes. The potatoes were a little spicy for breakfast but a lot of effort was made. Would definitely recommend.

Hampton Inn always provided a clean and comfortable stay. Price is reasonable and the complimentary breakfast is much appreciated and tasty! The staff at the Muskogee, OK hotel were all professional, polite and welcoming. The room and hotel were all quite clean and ready for visitors.

Quiet location with ample parking. Lovely reception staff; Covid protocols were taken seriously. Comfortable beds with above-grade bedding; self-serve breakfast offered to-go containers to bring food back to room for extra safety/comfort.

Nice rooms, but lacks drawer space. Front desk & housekeeping don't communicate well. Wasn't offered a reduced rate for extended stay or the extra room I reserved. So far it's better than some of the other hotels in the area.

I have stayed at this location several times on our drive to Dallas. Convenient location. Great customer service. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast is average, but better than most free hotel breakfasts. Will stay here, again.

I read reviews before showing up at hotel and was dreading what might be waiting for me. Unlike other reviews, our stay was great. Room was very clean, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Another reviewer mentioned a smell in the lobby from the window finish and I did notice it, but it was not overwhelming or as bad as stated. If I hadn't read a review, I probably wouldn't have even noticed it. Would stay at again.

H2S sold out. Gave it a try. Fitness equipment was missing. No sanitizing wipes in gym. Pool was big, but I didn't use it.

This was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a full meal and was very good. I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

Great overnight stay! A little out of the way from I-40 but well-worth the extra drive. Clean room, friendly staff, and probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here as well.

Got here in afternoon and was welcome like I was a VIP not just me but my wife to. Our room was perfect. Bed was comfortable, slept great and the breakfast was outstanding.will be back

The room was very nice. I was able to do late checkout. Front desk personnel was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Place was clean and fresh towels and everything. They had everything from coffee to cream to everything you would need for a quick get away. Only down fall was no towels in pool area. And when requested some they told us to use the ones from our room...... and they couldn't provide spoons or stirring sticks for our room coffee. Told we had to wait till breakfast was open... which was 12 hours later. But over not a bad place to stay and was clean.

The front desk staff seemed very nice but we won't stay here again. Beds and appliances are old and out dated. The small refrigerator in the room ran continuously even though it was never opened and was annoyingly loud. The heat & air unit was so loud it woke us every time it kicked on during the night (but atleast it worked. We had another couple tell us the heat didn't work at all in their room). The king size mattress was so uncomfortable and worn out, the material had frizzy strings hanging out from under the stained sheets that had shrunk from being washed so many times. Very disappointing to also come down for breakfast and find they were out of hot food before 8am and no attendees to be found. Free breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this Inn. Too many disappointments, find somewhere else to stay.
