Pizza was so good , clean place but crowded.

The pizza with chicken sausage, without onions, also has an average taste. The absence of onions removes a layer of complexity from the flavor profile. The chicken sausage remains the primary source of flavor, but it still lacks the standout taste that could elevate the pizza. Without the onions, there's a noticeable absence of textural contrast, which slightly affects the overall eating experience. While it's not unpleasant, the pizza doesn't leave a lasting impression and falls into the realm of a basic, unremarkable option.

Excellent service, the waiter is so friendly, good food, masala Miranda is a good choice along with your favourite pizza. Good ambiance as well. They need your phone number and email id to process the invoice that's not acceptable at all.they need to change the software accordingly. But for many this is not a issue for a tasty pizza

Pizza Hut is one of my favourite place for eating pizza and pasta. Nicely done interior and much welcoming staffs and service as usual. Food is tasty and much appreciated quantity. Overall a great experience going there with my family. Specially to mention about their hazelnut cold coffee was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for family and friends.

The place is small for a large group. And they don't have a washroom inside their shop. We need to use the Mall common restroom.As the crowd is high servers get lit bit tensed while taking orders.And the food, Their pizza is always great. They serve one of the best pizzas.

Good place. Pizza not so worth for the price. No rush at all. Mostly all the seats are vacant so can go with friends or family. No issues of waiting for seats.

I had a worst experience with pizzahut last day.I have faced lots of trouble while ordering the pizza..they don't event know how to deal with their customers.I am quite suprise how they are recruiting this types of staffs for this international pizaa brand..I'm totally disappointed to this kind of experience from your staff ..we are expecting a positive behaviour towards the customers😡😡😡😡😡😡

Shop is small and was too crowded but still some staff were not wearing mask even while serving the food. The fork and spoon are just left there and was not clean. Their newly introduced veg tandoori pizza tasted very bad. Assorted veg platter was good. Staff need training on hygiene and customer service including how to serve food.

Got really really bad experience from their side. Waited for nearly 45 minutes. Had enquired about our order in between when we saw others who came after us getting their food , Again they told us to wait for a bit more, After waiting for 15 minutes more we asked about the order and the last excuse they came up with was “ Forget to punch your order.. SORRYYY” We were of 3 including 2 yr old kid. Got really upset with the staff over there.

Do not have hand wash toilet in the hotel we need to go to the toilet thet is provided by sobha and this is a Israel based hotel we ate because the shop were closed at night

Terrible service I was travelling with my cousin and we ordered pizzas and was drinking from a bottle of Pepsi we bought from the Supermarket below and a the young man who was serving us went up to the lady staff who was at the billing counter post which she came up and asked us to get out of the store and drink that bottle and come back in it you want to eat here ,in front of all other customers.First of all ,the Colonial era is over folks No need to be so condescending !!!There were more polite ways of dealing with it ,we don't owe you anything. As long as I paid for the pizzas and paid for their service I have all the right to sit there as long as I finish the food and what I drink when I'm thirsty is not their concern.What if people have dietary restrictions?There is no compulsion to buy the drinks and only so would they let you have your pizza niether was i frisked at entry for food items if it were so .It was a extremely humiliating experience and was terribly uncomfortable to have my meal post that fiasco they pulled . This is for I first I visited pizza hut inside Shobha and I'm pretty sure I'll never return.Please do realise there is Level of decency and etiquette expected from the staff as much as from the customers.

Had pizza for lunch. Took the offer for 2. Neat joint. There were hardly any customers. Service was poor. They even forgot to give the dessert that comes with the offer. Not likely to visit again

There was no washroom available, which is a very disappointing factor for me to give one star less. Coming to the food, this is the worst pizza hut pizza I have ever ate in my life. The friendly staffs and hygienic maintenance of the place are the only reason for giving 3 stars.

The pizza here is very soft and tasty. When compared to domino's, they are comparatively softer, tastier and also a bit more costlier. But it's worth for the price we pay it. Also there is Buy 1 get 1 free offer and it's a better offer compared to buying 2 medium pizza.

I think the area is little bit small compared to other huts! But tasty food. Small group can visit there and eat smoothly, getting larger size of group it will be lil rush there. Nice services.
