Generally do not fancy KFC much but surprisingly this time they were good…nice fried chicken and fresh portion of French fries with good sauce🍟…Happy probably we will visit again.

Service is very poor. I didn't like the way they served. 😠 They are not friendly. Little harsh behavior. 😠 They won't tell us everything cleary, so we got confused 😕. Very high price 💲💲. The KFC chicken in here tasteless. Very bad taste. And chicken is not fried well. I didn't liked this place. I won't recommend this to anyone. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Went to a KFC for the first time... Had a great experience... We got the order within 5 min... No need to wait long.... Food was amazing... But little much expensive... Just shocked when seen the rate of a mioneas -80 Rs... And a glass of pepsi -52 ruppees🙄🙂... The place is much neat and clean... Only the wash area is not clean... The mirror in the wash has much dirt..... Hope u will clean the area... Overall it's a good one👍🙂

Nice place. Quick service. The staff Ms. Priya was very cordial and supportive for ordering. Good ambiance. Food quality was superb 🙌

Tried hot and crispy bucket on Wednesday offer. Tasted good. Provided with sufficient dips and ketchup. Good customer service. Service was really quick. There was a delay in clearing the table. May be because of the rush. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Food not up to the mark, portion size was bit disappointing. Ordered bucket deals where we noticed they have disproportionate sizes in fried chicken, half portion were small sizes. This inconsistency is the first from a KFC branch. They need to work on packaging of dips which are difficult to peel. Overall ambience was not up to mark, poor lighting, cleanliness was okay, there were left over carts and tables left unclean. Overall there is work to be done and is not up to the standards expected.

As like all KFCs good and beautiful. Food was okay and not that great to mention. Service found good to us and the staffs too were friendly. Washrooms and premises were bit nasty. In store seating have to be more managed, found bit shrinked. All other arrangements were good and neat.

Food was nice. But this is the ambience they are providing. Not at all clean. The floor was really messy. And they are cleaning the table in a very unhygenic way. Expected a little more cleanliness from KFC. I hope you can take the responsibility and create a much more worthy atmosphere.

This KFC is inside Sobha City mall. I used to visit the same atleast once in a month as it’s just next to Inox movies. It’s on the second floor of Sobha City mall. Food is good as standard KFC. Generally there will be a 10-15 mins wait to get the food. It’s open till 11 as per my understanding.

The first thing I noticed upon entering the restaurant was the limited seating available. The dining area was quite small, with only a few tables and chairs. This made it challenging to find a spot during peak dining hours, and some customers had to wait for a table to become available. Despite the limited seating, the atmosphere was relatively pleasant. The restaurant had a clean and well-maintained appearance. The staff worked efficiently to clear tables and ensure a clean dining area, which helped compensate for the limited space.

Nowadays the children are very much interested in eating western foods rather than the old ones, so if we are going inside a mall then our first preference is KFC. I have recently come here and had food from here. The service is good and the atmosphere is ok. Not that much big space but it's adjustable. We ordered a 999combo + 6 piece strips and mineral water. They served my order at the table and had a great experience from this KFC. It's so appreciable. Thank you KFC.

Comparing to other outlets in thrissur i suggest the one in sobha city mall is way much better than other. You can have a friendly customer approach and good food from there. Talking about the atmosphere its just okay okay but other than that service and food its just superb🔥.all the credits goes to the team, well done guys 🙌🏻

Nowadays KFC or any other fried chicken shops doesn't seem different to me. The food was okay, just as I expected. Ordered one of their combos. The table wasn't clean, and there was no one at the table when we entered the outlet. So, I think the staff didn't care to clean it. Always complained about their smallest paper plates, it can't fit in a broasted chicken piece, and I'm not comfortable eating from the tray. As it's a brand it provides minimum guaranteed quality for food. That's the only reason we still visit KFC.

I have been very concerned about the delivery delay of the food while having ordered with my friends however, the service are very excellent and there is no delay for the delivery. By considering the ambiance of the place, I suggest the people to choose the KFC dine in facility rather than mall food court.

Went to watch the movie in Inox and visited this KFC at noon as it was close by... Had a great experience... We got the order within 10 min... Food was amazing... But little much expensive... The place was neat and clean... Overall it's a good experience 👍🙂

Sad to know that kfc sobha city is no more upto the mark for a global fast food chain restaurant. The chicken that I had today was the worst I ever had in my life. And the staffs themselves are so convinced that they are serving the best even after showing them how the piece is. A female staff also spoke very arrogantly as if customers coming to kfc haven’t eaten from a fast food restaurant before 😂😂. Even after paying extra for choosing the piece that we want, this is what you get. The French fries was also annoying. There are many other restaurants than kfc which serves good food and with love. Go on and choose those restaurants. Have a good day

KFC Maggie which was my first experience, had Maggie from KFC Store . Need more quantity while comparing with price .Apart from that peri peri chicken was super good 😋 and " new Garlic mayonnaise" yummy So good. Customer service 👌 employees are so friendly and always smiling faces .

Cost is high.... No taste at all.... Waste of money.... We can eat good, tasty and budget friendly burger from Burger Hub....

They tried to bring the quality of other KSCs , but somewhere they are not up to the mark. Washroom was not clean and very narrow. Not spacious.
