Tamanaco is the best place to have a proper Venezuelan food in Belgium. Food tastes delicious, the portions are very generous and Ono, the owner always makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this place.

Decided to eat here because it was close to where I was staying. It's a little tucked away so there wasn't a huge crowd of people. I'm not terribly familiar with this type of food, so I can't comment on authenticity, but I will say that the food that I had here was amazingly delicious. The service was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I definitely plan to eat here again and try out more dishes. When I ate here, it was cash only, so that's something to be aware of.

Excellent place. I gotta admit, this is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. From the moment you enter the place you feel like home. The personnel is very very kind, they even take the time to explain you all about the Venezuelan food if you're not familiar with the subject. All of the food is incredible, everything tastes really good and you have a lot of choice. The only 'negative' point I can see is the delay time for the food, but it's normal because this isn't a fast food restaurant.

The food is excellent! If you want authentic Venezuelan food, look no further. I've tried almost everything in the menu and I can't decide what I love the most.

First time trying a Venezuelan restaurant. And although there are similarities with other South American restaurants/dishes (based on what we’ve tried), this one was definitely the best one. Very tasty, with big servings for a very good price. Not as greasy as the other restaurants so that’s already a plus (though as many are fried, still remains greasy). Definitely looking forward to go back!

I can't comment on the authenticity of the food, but it was soooo good. I read the reviews, but I didn't really expect much, but boy, was I wrong. Ordered queso and chicken empanadas as well as pulled pork arepa. All of them were delicious. The pulled pork was especially tender and juicy which wasn't what I had expected. The queso empanada was particularly tasty too! On top of that, they gave us a beautiful, generous dish on the house which was also fantastic! Would definitely come back here if I had the chance to!

The food was soooo good I had a food coma. The servings were more than enough. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The atmosphere gave authentic Venezuelan vibes. A must eat at restaurant for those who love typical Venezuelan dishes. Truly recommended! I will definitely eat there again when I visit Brussels.

Very nice experience! First time i had Venezuelan good and all was delicious. We were three and shared a tasting platter and a dessert which was enough. The staff is very friendly (just a tiny bit too slow). The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming to all. Highly recommended

Lovely little Venezuelan street food resto. Delicious, simple food, good service and great value for money. A bit too noisy and could do with a bit of colour and Latin atmosphere. Just saying. Also, can you please add vino tinto to the menu ? Gracias.

Listen! This food was to DIE for! Amazing taste! Amazing place too. Such a wonderful atmosphere! You’ll feel like you’re not in Europe anymore. Such a warm place! And the people were so kind and welcoming. A great experience from every aspect! I’m sorry, o don’t have a photo of the empanada! But it was the best one I ever had. It took the first place from a Columbian restaurant on Spain.

Gezellig!!! Everytime I come here I feel like at home. The quality of the food is really good, it's 100% home made and fresh, the owners are really gentle and for such a high quality the prices are indeed low. I recommend it to anyone who visits Brussels and wants to try tropical dishes.

Everyone should try the food at Tamanaco, once you taste how good the meat is, you just want to try out the whole menu! Moreover, you’ll find yourself in a cozy atmosphere and with a friendly and caring staff. I truly recommend this place if you’re in Brussels!

Authentic venezuelan food: empenadas, arepas and cachapas! When chicha (typical drink) is available be sure to order one! Atmosphere is very warm and open.

The food is super authentic, you can really taste the real Venezuelan flavours. The fried pork and the cachapa were amazing. And they are always welcoming.

A slice of Venezuelan magic! Their arepas and cachapas are out-of-this-world good. The vibe's super chill, like hanging out in Caracas. The most friendly staff and unreal flavors – I'm definitely coming back!
