I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was part of the family. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fantastic location, view and great service by Mr. Mithun and Mr. Shabir. They were very helpful in all aspects and arranged a very nice New year celebration for us with fireworks and cake. They lit a barbecue and campfire for us for New Year's Eve and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was good and prompt. The pool was well-maintained and clean. Definitely recommend this place. We had a very nice stay! Thanks to Mithun and Shabir. To note - pool is not too deep, less than 5ft in the deepest corner. The plumbing in the toilets must be improved since it smells really bad. We had to keep the exhaust fan on all the time to help with the smell. In general, cleanliness of the rooms can be better including cleaner curtains, towels and furniture. The cockroach problem needs to be addressed. For the price of the villa, these are much expected changes.

Visited the resort recently with friends. The resort is located next to the Lake area, which makes it an apt choice if you are looking for a quiet get away. Food is good. Service is good. They serve free breakfast in the morning. Service was excellent and Sham was available 24/7 to take care of our need Thanks for that Mr Nag's here

The location and ambience was so good. The rooms and services are excellent. Mr shyam service must be appreciated. He done a good service without any hesitation. Thank u team for giving a good experience. The dam view is so good. The pool little short in depth. Other than that all are good👍👍👍 I personally recommend others to come here and njoy ur holidays

We stayed 2 days ago and had a very good experience at the resort. The swimming pool is good for kids only. View was excellent. In total had a good experience.

I want to give a negative star for this villa,but there is nothing less than 1 review...We booked the whole villa for three days.. Once we came into the room,there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom. The rooms were not clean at all. There were snails on the floor,cockroaches, and ants everywhere. There was also many spiders and spider webs and bed bugs which made our experience very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Would definitely not recommend to anyone who plans to coming here.We were supposed to stay for three days but we checked out the very next day early morning ...imagine how bad it was.

1. Location. In the middle of a congested locality. No privacy at all 2. Absolutely no service. Couldn't find any room boys 3. The worst thing was the swimming pool. Too small. Just a large rectangular container. 4. Water not clean. Was tasting bitter. 5. Bathrooms not maintained at all. One exaust fan was sounding more than a train. 6. Dining facilities absolutely substandard. Cats were cleaning the plates alongside.
